Why should we struggle to keep banks in business when it was their lending practices that created the burst-bubble meltdown of homeowner equity in the first place.

You mean like lending money to unqualified borrowers in order to avoid being accused of discrimination. Is that the "lending practice" you were talking about?

Except she bought three “homes” and defaulted on all of then. Sorry but this isn’t a story about a hard working person who fell on hard times while doing their best to keep a roof over their families head. This is the story about a memeber of a protected class, minority, liberal, in a position of power, who was trying to game the system. When the sh.. hit the fan she chose to walk away and let others take the hit and clean up the mess.
