Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- Michelle Obama, the attorney wife of pro-abortion Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, is coming under fire for a letter she wrote defending partial-birth abortions. The 2004 letter, written to help Obama in his campaign for his U.S. Senate seat, opposes the ban on the abortion procedure.

What’s the big deal? Obama supports abortion, partial birth abortion, and infanticide. He had a public debate with hillary last year as to who was the biggest abortion supporter. NARAL has removed its endorsement of hillary and thrown its support to Obama.
He doesn’t need Michelle telling him what to do on this issue. He’s already said that he’d help his little girls abort a child if they happened to have one by accident.
Hour by hour the stories about Mr. and Mrs. Hitler II gets worse. IMO, the two of them would have been a big hit at Auchwitz.
As someone pointed out on one of the talk radio shows recently, there is no need for partial birth abortion “to protect the life of the mother” (the pro-partial birth abortion red herring). In any such situation, delivery of a live baby via Caesarian section would protect the mother’s life (and baby’s).
How about putting her husband Hussein under fire for it??

This shouldn’t come as any surprise, as Obama himself favors partial birth or even full birth abortion.

I think we can go a step further. Not only does it seem unnecessary, wouldn't the abortion actually put the mother at much greater risk? Last I heard the procedure involved delivering the baby part way, stopping the delivery while taking the time to kill the baby, and then continuing the delivery. It is a full vaginal delivery, but simply takes longer than normal. Basically we are being told that there are women whose lives are threatened by normal vaginal live birth, but that this threat can be eliminated if we prolong the vaginal delivery and make sure the baby is not alive after delivery. Does that make sense to anyone?
I don’t get how so many African-Americans enthusiastically support abortion of all kinds. Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, was a devout racist. And there is no ethnic group that has lost more innocents since the act of abortion has become legal. Abortion has been a terror on the black community.

Barack Obama voted against the state version of the Born Alive Infants Protection Act (something that even Hitelry voted for), so his family’s opposition to banning partial-birth abortion is not surprising at all.
