Exactly my point. They gripe because America is so mean and evil, yet they love receiving our generosity when devastation hits. I think many Americans have gotten a lesson about handing out money and then getting slapped in the face.

Here's how I hope Rush and other talk show hosts start framing the oil crisis related to the upcoming election.

Ok people, so you want "change." Oil and food prices are skyrocketing now. As you prepare to vote, ask yourself if the candidate you are voting for will continue the policies that are causing the food and gas prices to skyrocket. If you do vote for that person then you don't really want change do you? If you stop and use a bit of logic, wouldn't you want to vote for people who will try their best to reverse the present out of control rise in energy and food? If you do want change, you will vote for those people won't you?

Mucho Problemos: My DSL line at work keeps bouncing off line at so much as a sneeze. Meanwhile, my wireless link on my laptop just plumb stopped working at all, for no apparent reason. That leaves me snatching a little time on my wife's PC. :>(
