They didn’t try to use “Likely Voters”. Rasmussen is using “Likely Voters” and has Obama only up by 2 in his daily tracking.

However, this is one area where Obambi is dangerous - He can convert “Registered Voters” to “Likely Voters”.

GOP must figure out every voter suppression trick in the book to negate Obama-LV effect.
