Swedish authorities in the southern city of Malmo have been busy with a sudden influx of Muslim immigrants — 90 percent of whom are unemployed .

Fear of violence has changed the way police, firemen and emergency workers do their jobs.

We went through this with a Danish friend
last year, and I spent about a day trolling through Danish statistics,
most of which I’ve forgotten and I don’t have time to revisit now. The
figures are seriously cherry-picked: the 4% refers to immigrants, while
the 40% of the welfare (if that statistic is right, and I have my
doubts) covers native-born Muslim Danes as well, of whom there are at
least as many again. Denmark also spends a great deal of its welfare
budget on immigrants, and Muslims make up a great percentage of those.
The rape figure is a canard as well: as I recall, they don’t keep
figures broken down that way, so the claim is impossible to prove (or
deny). Denmark doesn’t have a high incidence of rape anyway, and rape
is much more prevalent among lower-income groups, where most of the
