The California Supreme Court today trashed society's traditional institution of marriage, opening it up for same-sex duos because retaining the historic definition "cannot properly be viewed as a compelling state interest."
In a 4-3 decision replete with concurring and dissenting opinions filed by individual members of the court, the majority opinion determined state laws specifying marriage as being between a man and a woman were unconstitutional....
"It is certainly disappointing that the court, in declaring a right to same-sex marriage in the California Constitution, has shown an outrageous lack of respect for a majority of California voters and ignored a long history of legal precedent supporting traditional marriage," said legal counsel Jennifer Monk of Advocates for Faith and Freedom, one of the organizations that worked on the case.

Only a matter of time before “man marries dog” and other combinations.
As long as any judge or body of judges do not look to God and look no further than each other, any human act ultimately can and will be considered acceptable, since they have become their own definition of morality, their own definition of right and wrong.
Remember there was a time when Republicans didn’t want to legislate morality, those days seem so long ago.
Crooks and dictators passing as judges have become the modus operandi of the left to thwart legislation and a representative form of government answerable to people. These black robes are traitors to a free society.
The voters do have recourse, though. There will be a ballot initiative on the November ballot to revise the state constitution to define marriage as a union between a man and a woman.

I am from Massachusetts, and I would strongly suggest that you might want to consider homeschooling her, because cramming gay marriage down the throats of the American people against their will doesn’t stop with a “judicial fiat” from a handful of black-robes who justify their pronunciamentos with the excuse that allowing gay marriage “isn’t going to hurt anyone.”

If we defined marriage as between any 2 humans, some would complain that it discriminates against animals. After all, gay animals need the protection of marriage too.

A doctor at the renowned Children’s Hospital Boston has launched a new program to drug children to delay puberty so they can decide whether they want a male or a female body, according to a report today in the Boston Globe.
Pediatric endocrinologist Norman Spack, 64, says he started the Gender Management Service Clinic because he found himself encountering 20-somethings who were “transgendered” and in good shape socially, “but they were having trouble getting their physique to conform to their identity.
“I knew the 20-somethings could have better chances of passing if they were treated earlier,” he said.
“We don’t think that demonic is too strong a word to describe this,” said a statement from the pro-family Mass Resistance organization. “It brings us thoughts of the Nazi doctors who thought they were doing good things.”
