Yes, there’s a lot of blood on the Democratic primary battlefield. That’s isn’t going to go away anytime soon. There’s going to be a lot of bitterness on the left no matter what happens.

The first election I got to vote in was for Reagan’s first term. Oh how things have changed...

All the current choices are bad. The consequences will be from bad to worse.

All I can say is pray.

The most unfortunate thing about human nature is the failure of people to think things through to their likely conclusion. There is seemingly no ability to look back into the past, see what actually happened then and how the decisions of the day brought us to where we are today. People always seem to think the past is dead and gone forever and what happened then can never happen again. That is why it takes a catastrophic event such as 9-11 to wake people up. Even then the coming together for the good of all was short lived.

Sadly it will take the destruction of more of our buildings, the deaths of more of our citizens and possibly even a nuclear cloud over one of our cities before people finally understand the depth of the threat against us.
