I’m sorry, but there’s no First Amendment right to restrict other’s lives, e.g. prohibiting them from bringing helper animals to school because dogs are dirty in your religion. The Muslim can go pound sand, Constitutionally speaking. Should a Muslim student have the same right to exclude Jews from the same school? After all, Jews are dirty too, according to Muslims - the equivalent of dogs and pigs, as I understand it.

The only part of government that is still loyal to this nation are the Armed Forces. How these heroes can put their lives on the line for a government that has turned it’s back on them is beyond my comprehension.

If a man is down, in a seizure state, a potential first-aider is going to be looking at him, not a dog!
Because the dog has been trained to alert the owner long *before* a seizure occurs so that the guy can get himself to safe place or alert another person of the impending seizure.
These dogs can mean the difference between seizing somewhere ‘safely’ or seizing in the middle of a busy street, while driving a car or even taking a bath in which he could drown.
A seizure alert dog can literally mean the difference between life and death.
A few Pits and maybe an Akita or two should round it out quite nicely, don’t you think?
Because luckily their oaths are to the Constitution, not the government.

People having seizures often can make no sound at all.
First rules in First Aid. Look at your surroundings. Look at the picture of the guy with his dog. What does it tell you? Most service animals used in public wear something to identify them as being such. The potential for service animals is just now being fully recognized. For decades it was limited mostly to blind persons. Now persons who are Paraplegics or Quadriplegics for example can if they are lucky enough get a service monkey to assist them. Most service animals are hard workers and their training doesn't come cheap although there are many volunteer agences who do train them.
Somalian children are taught that dogs are unclean from the teachings of Mohammed: dogs can only be kept for hunting and guarding, a dish touched by a dogs tongue must be washed 9 times, islamic doctrine... they are at the same time taught all other humans (non-muslims) are unclean, islamic doctrine. When an institution legitimizes the ridiculous ‘dog dogma’, they don’t realize they are reinforcing the way these kids feel about other humans. Their acts aren’t charitable, they are criminal.

Somali cabbies have refused blind passengers with Seeing-Eye dogs. They’ve also refused fares of single women, or people carring bottles of booze.
In Minneapolis grocery stores, Muslim cashiers have refused to ring up pork and bacon.
Islam is not a religion, therefore it shouldn’t be covered under the First Amendment and its adherents should be deported posthaste.
The animal isn't a seeing eye dog, it's a service dog with a pouch of supplies to help it's master during a seizure.

I understand your point, but my questions is not about the “professional” first-aider, but rather Mrs. Schmidlap in Accounting who discovers him.
She'd have to be kinda blind not to see the identifier on the dog. I took a Red Cross First Aid course the first of the year. { a basic half day course for non professional certification} The first thing they taught was check your surroundings for hints as to why the person is down and dangers as well. Look for clues to help determine the cause. If Mrs. Schmidlap can't figure that much out {a dog wearing a large patch} then she's not gonna be much help anyway.
The service dog as one poster said is for the person. Labs are real sensitive dogs. If the dog senses a pending seizure in the owner beginning to happen it signals the onwner to sit down and possibly the owner can even alert someone to call 911 before the actual seizure hits. The dogs are a good idea especially for what is frequent Grand Mal seizure patients.
I learned this when a former Islamic Kurd (who is now Christian) spoke at our church last fall.
Some one should; those people are conditioned to fall like matchsticks because thier union always covers thier ass.
Someone should post pics of the administrators that did this and use the ADA to sue them. People should know who did this. Normal people should just bring suit. These school people won’t protect thier Muslims in the face of public outcry. They really think that thery are above the law and it’s becuase most of the time they are ignorant of it in thier moral relativism. Arrogance.
