Obama has survived the “tough weeks” because he is running against a weak candidate, Hillary Clinton who has botched her campaign with numerous errors. She was an easy opponent to Obama. If anything, the Clinton campaign gave Obama a false sense of achievement. If it were not for the Operation Chaos directed by Rush Limbaugh, Hillary would have been yet an easier opponent. Her campaign was marked by financial mismanagement, inept coordination and poor strategy.

Her strategy to clinch the nomination in the early states had no effective campaign operation to deliver what it took to win. And when this failed, the needed long range strategy was nonexistent.

The largest flaw in her campaign execution was she failed to effectively campaign in the caucus states.

Because the Clinton team presented Obama an easy advantage, Obama will have huge problems when McCain starts his engines.

15,148,000 black babies were killed by abortion between 1973 and 2008. If 90% of African Americans support Obama, that's about 6.5 million voters 18 years or older who would have voted for Obama, if they had been allowed to be born. 6.5 million votes could give him the advantage he might need this November, if those young adults were around to vote.
