You bet your babushka, baby. But now, the red menace is kind of green.
NEW YORK - The decor inside the national headquarters of the Communist Party USA, or CPUSA, is more Macy's than Marx. Glass walls rise from the floor to form state-of-the-art work spaces, nontoxic linseed oil burnishes the work surfaces, and biodegradable blue carpet is underfoot. Colorful paintings by the renowned artists Boris Taslitzky and Alejandro Romero, depicting the liberation of the Nazi concentration camps and working-class struggle, dot the walls of the expansive open-plan office. Inside their transparent cubicles, the 21-strong staff tap away on Apple Macs and sip Starbucks coffee.
This is what class warfare looks like in the 21st century.
In February, the CPUSA officially unveiled its newly refurbished office space in the trendy Chelsea district of Manhattan. The Reds went "green" for their $1 million overhaul, including various environmentally conscious features in the design.

But away from the rah-rah spirit at headquarters and a few chatty leftist corners of the Internet, a CPUSA revival is viewed as, well, unlikely.
"As a historian, I don't usually feel comfortable about predicting the future," says John Earl Haynes, an author on domestic communism. "However, in this case, I'm confident in saying that the CPUSA has absolutely no future in the country."
I wish they didn’t have a future but 2 of 3 candidates are essentially communists. We have stars claiming on prime time that Stalin was simply misunderstood and wasn’t such a bad guy. Complacency will be our downfall.

GREEN on the outside, RED on the inside.
(Meet the New Commies!)
And you really can blame Bush for this.
God help my generation...I read this article, and I am heartbroken for my peers, but more for my country. I think about the countless soldiers who have given their lives for this country and for the promotion of our freedom, security and Democracy and those who are currently fighting terrorism abroad. I weep for those soldiers daily, and going into the Army myself, I pray that those in my generation learn to appreciate the sacrifices made by others and recognize the value of liberty.
Visit many schools, and it is common to see students standing for the pledge, but rarely reciting it. Often, I am the lone patriot, reciting the pledge on my own amidst my peers. Where has the pride and Patriotism gone?
“Inside their transparent cubicles, the 21-strong staff tap away on Apple Macs and sip Starbucks coffee.”
America runs on Dunkin!
Wow, some folks around here would have thought that CPUSA would use Linux boxes.

The Communist Party USA (CPUSA):
"We are a party of unity in action. We are an integral part of every struggle and movement for change to eliminate poverty and joblessness, against racism and for full equality. We are participants, initiators and leaders of every movement to make life better now and much better in a socialist future." Yeah, so they supported an oppressive dictator, like the Repubs and Democrats haven't? The CP is still around, has apologized for that whole Stalin thing, and has a quickly growing youth section.

Precisely! This is exactly why on Earth Day I always remind the sheeple: “Happy Lenin’s Birthday” (coincidence or not).
I did not see AlGordo’s name mentioned.
Isn't it amazing, Earth and Lenin were both born on April 22.

-—I find this office fitting for the party of Marx, who , had it not been for the money of his buddy Engels (who inherited it), would likely have starved to death on the street of London—

This hard core capitalist uses Ubuntu Linux, even with all the leftist sediment behind its creation. Its really the ultimate in free trade: Its free and it works.
Communist Party USA (CPUSA) may not have many people working at their main headquarters, but they still have enormous influence. They are the people behind the largest "anti-war" coalition in the nation, United for Peace and Justice. UFPJ is co-chaired by Leslie Cagan and Judith LeBlanc. Cagan is a longtime supporter of communist causes and a devoted follower of Fidel Castro. She is also a founder of the organization, Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism. The CCDS is an offshoot of CPUSA. Judith Leblanc is a current leader of CPUSA.
They would imprison or kill us all. Never forget that. You notice little Missy wissy Leslie Cagan worships Uncle Fidel while living here.

Red Star Over Hollywood: The Film Colony's Long Romance With the Left
by Robert Mayhew (June 4, 2005)
I enthusiastically recommend a recent book on Hollywood Communism: Red Star Over Hollywood: The Film Colonys Long Romance With the Left, by Ronald and Allis Radosh (Encounter Books, 309 pages).
“Where has the pride and Patriotism gone?”
Such displays are illgeal now, doncha know.
On no worries, I said “coincidence” because I haven’t been able to find hard evidence that Earth Day is intentionally meant to be in honor of Lenin and communism. If you have any I would appreciate it!

Both papers will soon be available on the workers.org Web site in their entirety. Gutierrez is also a leading organizer with the May 1st Coalition for Immigrant and Workers Rights in New York City."

NOTE (for those who may not know): The large so-called "anti-war" organization, International A.N.S.W.E.R., was also formed by leaders of the Workers World Party (and mere days after the 911 attacks). WWP is a collection of Stalinists based in New York City. When A.N.S.W.E.R. was eventually outed as a communist front, WWP started up a new "peace" group called Troops Out Now. Democrat chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Charlie Rangel, actually gives speeches at their rallies and the New York City media looks the other way.
Here's a photo of chairman Rangel at the podium of a March 19, 2005 WWP/TON "anti-war" rally in NYC. March 19, 2005 marked the 2nd anniversary of the start of the Iraq war. Other prominent lefties who spoke at the rally were the former attorney general under democrat president LBJ, Ramsey Clark , and Lynne Stewart , convicted of aiding islamic terrorists. Clark heads the International Action Center and had a major role in the formation of A.N.S.W.E.R. All three organizations, The International Action Center, Troops Out Now and Workers World Party have headquarters at the same exact location in New York City.--EOTL

From the website of the Workers World Party, workers.org:
"On July 9 (1994), Workers World Party Chairperson Sam Marcy sent the following statement to Comrade Kim Jong Il, the Central Committee of the Workers Party of Korea and the State Funeral Committee of President Kim Il Sung.":
"Dear Comrade Kim Jong Il ...
Workers World Party values our close, comradely relations with the Workers Party of Korea very highly. We are proud to have known Kim Il Sung as a great leader and a comrade in the international communist movement. ...
With comradely solidarity, Sam Marcy Chairperson, Workers World Party":

Here is a direct link to the set of photos showing Ramsey Clark, Lynne Stewart and current democrat chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Charlie Rangel, all at the Workers World Party/Troops Out Now event on March 19, 2005, again the 2nd anniversary of the start of the Iraq war:
http://www.workers.org/march19/index2.html
Final thoughts: If this were a normal world we lived in, one might think information like this, wide out in the open for all to see, would at the very least merit a few questions of this leader of the democrat party. But then this is obviously not a normal world we live. Chairman Rangel appears on Fox News on an almost weekly basis and yet is never asked about his relationship to this Stalinist organization.--Eye On The Left
