Hillary's Justification for Nomination
Self | May 9th, 2008 | Self

Hillary thinks that if she makes the DNC an offer they can't refuse (threaten to split and destroy the party), they will be forced to give her the nomination.

However, for common folks, this is the justification she intends to build and I believe will be able to build.

THREE BLOWOUT VICTORIES TO TAKE POPULAR VOTE LEAD AND SLASH PLEDGE DELEGATE LEAD BY 32

1) Win West Virginia with similar margins as Arkansas - 73%-26% and net 13 delgates. (28 available) Gain 110,000 net popular votes.

2) Win Kentucky by 60%-40% margin and net 11 delegates. (51 available) Gain 110,000 net popular votes.

3) Win Puerto Rico, 64%-36% margin and net 15 delegates. (55 available) Gain 300,000 net popular votes.

4) Lose Oregon by narrow margin, 54%-46% and lose net 4 delegates (54 available). Lose 50,000 net popular vote.

5) Lose South Dakota and Montana with narrow margin as well 53%-47% and lose net 3 delegates (31 available). Lose 15,000 net popular vote.

She would include MI and FL Votes. With those two states included, Obamas' lead is 197,000 at the moment.

Adding her net gains from remaining contests (assumptions above) she will claim to have INCREASED HER LEAD by 455,000 votes.

Not to mention that she has cut the Pledge Delegate deficit by 32. She would say that she deserves about 45 net from Florida and Michigan.

Thus Obama's Overall lead is ONLY 88 Pledge Delegates (165-32+45).

HER ARGUMENT FOR DESERVING THE NOMINATION

She would say that It should be DISCOUNTED because most of it came from DEEP RED CAUCUS STATES, unlike her gains, which came from BIG BLUE STATES and BIG BATTLE GROUND STATES.Most importantly NEAR HALF MILLION MORE VOTERS voted for her. MI and FL delegations have TONS of Supers and she has HUGE lead amongst them.

HER FINAL OFFER

Finally, she would say, give it to me or I would tell everyone GOOD OLE BOYS muscled out a woman and BITTER BLOC was robbed due to AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. Thus splitting and destroying the party.

Anyone who is anybody in the Democrat party is dropping hints that its Obama's nomination to have, and they are being as polite as possible and praising Hillary to no end.

However, in words of President George Bush, they MIS-UNDER-ESTIMATE the evil that Hillary is. If they let her delay the outcome, HER SUPPORTERS on Rules Committe WILL deploy the Nuclear Option, and that would mean that Battle goes to Convention floor.

Too many Klinton supporters and higher ups in the campaigns have put the word out that she would drop out by June 15.

LIES. LIES. LIES. LIES.

Her justification to buy time and EXECUTE the above strategy. Think about it. If she said she would take the battle to Convention floor, then the Supers and Party Big Guns would NOT be praising her and justifying staying in the race. As a matter of fact, DNC would take PRE-EMPTIVE action and try to bring the process to close.

However, by dropping hints that she just wants to play her hand and has NO intention of fighting it all the way to Convention, she is keepting them calm and buying time.

ONCE SHE HAS CLAIM OF HALF MILLION MORE VOTES AND SMALL PLEDGE DELEGATE DEFICIT AND HER RULE'S COMMITTEE SEATS THE FL AND MI DELEGATION - THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL SHE DOESN'T MAKE EVERY DELEGATE VOTE ON THE FLOOR.

Can I ask about how they are going to talk about the popular vote from Puerto Rico?

Hillary hopes to win P.R. by 200,000+ popular votes, but will that argument sway super delegates since P.R. doesn’t get to vote in the general election? I can imagine that the Clintonistas will say that it counts and Obama’s will say it doesn’t count, for purposes of seeing who is ahead in the popular vote.

Good summary yet......a question.

How does the non democrat / conservative independent voter that is voting for her solely to disrupt the DNC primary process factor in your math.......?

The DNC HAS to be looking at that ........they are stupid but not THAT stupid to believe that Hillary is getting all these votes on her merits alone.

Rush’s Operation Chaos validity aside McPain has the nomination and GOP voters are still playing the game in the state primaries IMO.

Or am I incorrect to think such is in play ?

Stay safe !

Klintonistas were out today in force on Morning Shows. They insisted with all the confidence in the world that Puerto Rico Counts. They asked, if it doesn’t count, why even hold a primary there.

They rely on raising their voice, talking over you, attack you vicously.

All people would hear from shouting matches is that Hillary has 450K Popular Vote lead and thus Nomination is hers.

As a matter of fact, they would tell their sheeple that PLEDGE DELEGATES are like ELECTORAL VOTES. Just like Algor was robbed, Hillary is getting Robbed. The only true measure of who won is POPULAR VOTE.

she needs to tell everybody Obama’s popular vote lead is inflated because of illinois - Obama won by about 630,000 votes.

The clintons have FBI files separated into piles. Probably only regional at this point. The real work on the delegates begins when the spite set in. You also forgot about Florida and Michigan votes that are still in limbo.

I wonder if Commander Rushbo will issue orders for one more last major ‘Surge’ in the execution of Operation Chaos.
Send it to the Convention floor in Denver for a big drag down ‘Rat fight to the bitter end, eheheheheheheh!
Oh I wish.... I wish upon a star!

I agree with your assessment. I, too, fear that she's just playing possum right now. If she had done better last Tuesday, she would be screaming at the top of her lungs.

But her strategy is the same, regardless of last Tuesday's outcome.

BTW, her supporters are now "in an orchestrated effort" emailing undecided super-delegates that they will vote for McCain if she's not the nominee.

She also distributed a power point presentation to House members showing how she does better in toss-up districts.

Seriously. The party has to do something -- they can't allow this type of behaviour or to be threaten in such an underhanded, degraded fashion.

I like Rush a lot. I think he has been intrumental in helping to explain Conservatism at times when nobody else would. Do I think he’s perfect. LOL, no, I think the guy has screwed up at times. He’s backed some plays I wouldn’t have. Hey, people don’t always agree on strategy.

His guidance during the Republican Primary process was essentially ignored, or there was much more Operation Chaos from the left than there has been from the right. Conservatism got creamed early this year. The absolute worst guy on the ballot got the votes time after time.

Now I am wondering how many Republicans are truly crossing over to help Hillary, to keep the race close. They didn’t listen to Rush when the play was on our side, now I’m not completely convinced our side is doing all that much to affect the Democrat play.

I do think the left is flumoxed by the prospect of the first woman or the first black. That’s has got to cause a mountain of angst for the folks whose first priority has been race or gender baiting for the last fifty years. Either way, they vote their going to be kicking themselves for not being able to vote for both.

Some of them truly think Hillary is the best choice. Some of them truly think Barack is the best choice. What’s a stark raving mad screaming zombie socialist to do? Me oh my...

I think the left will experince a major confrontation at the convention. I could be wrong, but it looks to me like it’s going to get nasty. Is there anyone out there who thinks Hillary will gracefully bow out? LOL, I don’t think anyone who has followed the Clintons for the last 16 plus years is harboring any doubt about what lengths the Clintons will go to, to obtain and maintain more power.

I may be a fool, but I don’t see Clinton bowing out EVER. I don’t see Obama bowing out EVER. “Lets get ready to RUMMBLE!”

This is a pay for view natural, and we’ll get to see it for free.

Put in plenty of beer and finger foods Mommy, Daddy is gonna be havin’ some fun...

Everything you said is possible. This and more will be used by the Clintonistas to push Hillary through.

It’s going to get ugly. Gota love that prospect.
