We broke the unbelievable story last night of a 10-year old girl in St. Anthony who gave birth to a baby. She's now one of the youngest kids in the country to become a mother. Residents both on and off camera were shocked and in dismay over the situation, today this is what they had to say about our story.
Jim Ker, shocked resident: "I think there's a lot of sick people out there."
Holly Theisen, upset resident: "Somebody would end up getting hurt by me if that was my kid and I'd probably go to jail."
Kaity Dolezal, shocked 15-year old: "It's really sad a 10-yearold gave birth after being rapped."
Theisen: "That's a ten year old. That's a baby and baby shouldn't be having babies anyway."
Shynne Angell, upset 19-year old: "She should be outside playing with other kid. For something like this to happen to her I feel bad for her."
Ker: "They're not old enough. Shouldn't have kids raising kids."
Dolezal: "I'm fifteen. Can't imagine getting close to doing something like that."
Theirsen: "Disgusting . It's sick. It's sad. It's kind of embarrassing to our town even.'
Lyle Rumsey: "I don't think anything is wrong with our town. I just think something's wrong with that person."
That person is this man, 37-year old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez. Juarez is actually an illegal immigrant, and is now behind bars in the Fremont County Jail on other rape charges. Since we broke this story exclusively yesterday, we've been checking with sources throughout the North Valley for more information. The criminal complaint against Gutierrez-Juarez says the rape of the 10-year old happened between November and January. As we told you last night the girl gave birth at Madison Memorial this weekend and both mother and child are doing well. If convicted the illegal immigrant could face life in prison, a $50,000 fine ,or both. Whether he ever serves anytime behind bars will be up to the judge who if he places him on probation, could deport him.
State Health and welfare officials say it's up to a judge to decide who has custody of the victim. There was a child custody hearing which say have involved this case yesterday, but records are sealed.
The state, city and county are not willing to comment at this time. But the question still remains, why wasn't any action taken sooner.
One would think that somebody does not want this story told.
What’s the bet that if this was a citizen or legal immigrant, Nancy Grace would be beating it into the ground for three straight weeks? LOL.
But on a more sober note. What a sad, sad situation this child is in. I feel so sorry for her. I hope that the baby has a good life, it sure came into this world in a controversial way, to say the least!
I hope her rapist gets the snot beaten out of him in jail. I have a feeling he’s going to be real popular.
This poor girl not only was raped, her body went through hormonal changes not suited for a 10yo. yes, back in the day, 13-15 was normal for child bearing when the life expectancy was under 30...but not 10 for anything. The alien that raped her needs air dropped over the pacific.
He was an illegal. The story mentions his name and states that he is in jail at this time with little prospect of going anywhere for some time.
Two people in Longview, Washington, have died in the past twelve months due to vehicle accidents involving persons I suspect to have been illegal aliens driving unlicensed, uninsured, and one of whom had 10 previous moving violations.
In neither case has the local newspaper, The Daily News, done any follow-ups detailing police actions, such as arrests.
The first one involved a 15-year old racing on a busy highway with a 21-year old when the older man’s vehicle crashed into RxR crossing poles. He was died while the teenager fled the scene. It was related later by the newspaper that the 15-year old had no drivers license, the vehicle had no insurance, and the boy’s father could not speak English. Since that was published, I haven’t heard a word. The gossip grapeline says that the boy was released to the custody of his father and the family has left the state of Washington.
The second fatality involved a 63-year old woman walking in a crosswalk legally who was hit by a pick-up truck and thrown about 10 feet, landing face down on the asphalt. She died in hospital three days later. The police state that she was jaywalking but witnesses say that wasn’t true. Driver of the vehicle was a Hispanic male, no drivers license, no vehicle insurance, police claim he wasn’t intoxicated but had in the past been cited 10 times for driving infractions. He wasn’t arrested, his phone has been disconnected and it appears that he, too, has fled the state.
I’m sure that many other places in the U.S. are experiencing similiar scenarios. But why aren’t our police forces doing more to protect our citizens from these kind of outcomes? Longview does not, to my knowledge, a sanctuary city policy.
If she had gone to Planned Parenthood, they would have aborted the baby and let the rapist go free, and no one would be the wiser, including her parents. The only good thing to come of this story is that the baby lived and the story says baby and mother are doing well. Lord have mercy. Thank goodness the rapist is behind bars and one could only hope they throw the book at that monster.
It just got picked up by the drive bys in training here in Boise.

There was a woman murdered in Bellevue, WA by an illegal alien about 4 years ago. After they identified the perp, I never saw a follow up story about it. I have no idea whether the perp was found guilty, what his sentence was, NOTHING. Bellevue is not a big hot-bed of murders, either. It’s newsworthy there.
What’s the story with this child?
The offending organs (plural!) should be removed, with a serrated steak knife. If that had been my daughter, granddaughter or great niece, they might very well have been. Although I'd more inclined to .45 ACP as a surgical instrument.

I read another article where even at age 73, Lina still refused to identify the father of the child.
Today, Lina Medina is 73 years old and she still will ‘not’ divulge the identity of Gerardo’s father.

A few months ago an illegal alien kidnapped a 10 year old right off the sidewalk outside her home in Atlanta...
He took her to a motel, raped her for several hours and then dropped her back at the same spot..
He was identified and arrested..
I saw the story in the Atlanta Constitution but nothing since..
That happens with illegal alien stories now and again and often...
At the time the father was identified as a soldier who broke into the house and raped her...
The little girl did not know the rapist but he wore a soldier’s uniform...

Very scary. With my boys and now the grandkids...I try to re-inforce that most people are good but it only takes one to hurt you and that evil people can look nice and be friendly.
