Hillary will stay in the race just to raise enough money to pay off her debt. I bet that this loan will be repaid in short order. It could also be a gimmick to shore up her support showing that she is still committed to staying in the race, especially after yesterday. Stick a fork in her, she is done.

Can’t you just see the Clinton and Romney families in a candidates-who-spend-their-family-fortune support group after the primary season? In Clinton’s case any intervention would have to be approached gingerly, to say the least.
Then again if Bill and Hill figure their first presidency to have been worth roughly $1B, they can certainly justify spending tens of millions on the prospects of another such windfall.

HillBilly is GOING NOWHERE... She’s going to the convention, and if she loses there, she’ll fall back to the NY Governorship and return in 12. She knows like everyone else, Fauxbama cannot win a general election, and if she can’t get the nomination, she must do everything she can to make sure its McCain so she can go back to NY for a few years bide her time and leverage her “near victory” to run vitually unopposed as the democratic nominee in 2012.
This woman is going to the convention, and if she doesn’t walk out as the nominee, she’ll make damned sure that there is no way Fauxbama can win (not that that requires much effort), and be back next time.

She may not win the nomination in the end, but she is going to take the ship down with her. IF he wins the Presidency, the history books will write more about his defeat of Hillary rather than McCain because he is already viewed by some as a winner in that race, so it would not be a shocker. Obama beating Hillary was not supposed to happen. You can take it to the bank Hillary doesn't want the history books to write that about her.

That is likely limited by regulation. Romney also made loans to his campaign and there’s nothing wrong with that. The proof in the pudding is how the accounting is done to get tax deductions.
It is likely Romney will declare it an unrepaid loan expense so that his taxes on the income from the rest of his fortune are reduced by that deduction. But it is not clear she can cover that. She may not earn enough income to get taxed enough to have that deduction be meaningful.
In which case . . . tax loss carryforward will mean she will never pay any taxes the rest of her life.
Hillary has gone into the bunker...now all we need is the pistol shot and the arrival of Obama’s “Red Army”.
