absentee ballots were put in BEFORE voter ID law in place. This could get really interesting. I live in the peoples republic of Lake county.
The math is the following 200 precincts in Gary with about a 180 vote margin in each plus those literally absentee ballot (like 10 voters living in a vacant lot) will add up to a squeaker.
Trouble is Rudy Clay mayor of Gary ain't too good at math and probably did not manufacture enough to put Obama over the top...

The ghost of Richard Daley the father inhabits Gary too. I am VERY suspicious of this absentee ballot situation being talked about. If Obama wins, I suspect MASSIVE vote fraud after this 52-48 situation going on for several hours.
