This could become a primary version of Gore v. Bush in 2000.
I fully expect something like that within a few hours.
On FOX tonight, Bob Beckel told a story from his campaign days. On election night, the city of Gary had not called in any vote totals. He called the mayor and said “Mr. Mayor, when are you going to call in your numbers?”
The mayor responded, “As soon as you tell me how many votes you need.”
I have no trouble whatsoever believing this story.
Instead of the Dems pulling a Seattle on the GOP, they are pulling it on each other.
But will they let her run against a sitting Democrat president in four years?
ROFL
I agree and think this will be investigated and debated until hades freezes over, thaws, and freezes again.
The Clinton machine is at work, but Gary may put Obama over the top. Rove just said it could be as close as 700 votes.
lol
From a county population of 484,500 in Lake County, Indiana there could conceivably be enough votes ‘found’ or created for Obama to erase a 40,000 vote margin, so it ain’t over yet folks.
Don’t know how many of the adults will vote in this primary but there could be well over 100,000 votes cast plus who knows how many dead people, fictitious people, etc. It won’t be hard to pretend Obama won by 110,000 to 60,000 or so, though whether anyone will believe it is another question.

“Terrifying” is the word I’d pick.
Dare we hope tonight might be the end of the Clinton era?
No. Which is why she’ll never let Obama win. She’ll do some dirty work for McCain and help get him elected. Then she’ll go head to head with him in 4 years.
We should ask him.
Maybe he’ll scream an answer for us.
:)
Hmmm, where is Dean Logan? Seems they have taken a lesson from Seattle’s former elections director.
Every vote should be counted ONCE. NO DEAD PEOPLE VOTING. NO ILLEGALS VOTING. This whole process makes me sick! After seeing the results so far, I’m sure blacks won’t mind if whities vote 91% for the WHITE candidate.
Heck -- just look at what happened in Texas. Clinton "won" the Texas primary but Obama ended up with more delegates.
"Fake, but accurate...."
Operation Chaos is being announced on FNC now. Kelley
See my post, # 40,above. I thought I may have misinterpreted Beckel. He basically related a story of a federal crime committed by a corrupt democratic mayor and he was absolutely nonchalant about it.
Beckel's attitude about voter fraud and criminal conduct was very revealing and is common among democrats. They shrug it off like it is no big deal.
Hard to find a more corrupt town than Gary.
This reminds me of the 2002 Senate race in South Dakota... stayed up all night for results ... Thune was up @500 on Johnson when I called it quits at 4am. When I woke up a few hours later, the Indian Reservatins came in and, voila!, it was Johnson by @ 500.
