My Letter to John McCain, mailed 5/5/08
wac3rd | 5-5-08 | wac3rd

Posted on 05/05/2008 1:50:02 PM PDT by wac3rd

Dear Senator McCain,

I read today on Fox News that you plan to attend the La Raza annual conference in San Diego this July. “Outraged” is the first word that comes to mind, but my vote is what counts.

You are meeting (again) with a group sworn to return the Southwestern United States to Mexico, but somehow leave the costs of education, healthcare, welfare, police and jails to the US taxpayer…all while your uninvited guests send billions of dollars home.

To put things into relative terms, if you met with the Ku Klux Klan or The Nation of Islam, it would be the same slap in the face to other groups. It must be the Juan Hernandez influences to have you not just abandon your voting base, but the country’s sovereignty.

I cannot really understand you nor your politics. You are either so completely in the bag for the Globalists/CFR crowd or just stubbornly refuse to win the election. All you have to do is stay strong on the Border issue and you will win, hands down. When you and Mr. Kennedy tried to pass your Amnesty bill last year, nearly 80% of Americans were against it, you apologized and said you learned, by meeting with La Raza, it appears you have not learned your lesson.

In approximately six months all Americans have to choose between candidates…most of us just want three things from Government: 1) Military protection from terrorists, 2) keeping a semblance of Capitalism alive, and 3) enforce our immigration laws, starting with the Border. Barak Obama is not the answer, nor is Mrs. Clinton, but to earn your party’s vote, you need to renounce La Raza, even though you have a history with them. I don’t have to remind you, but illegal immigrants cost us billions and billions of dollars, suppressing wages and filling our jails.

Why does a simple, taxpaying American like myself understand grasp the concept and someone of your experience, position and power not get it? You are six months from the White House and you just won’t do what the people want. You have unlimited use of think tanks, polls, PR firms, assistants and staff all over the country and you continue refuse to enforce our border. Why?

The issue is non-partisan, most Americans want to enforce the border and immigration law, but lawmakers continue to refuse the People.

If you change your position, you will have my vote, otherwise, it goes away.

Sincerely,

A Voting-Age American

April, 2006 SEN. JOHN MCCAIN (R), ARIZONA: “ My friends, I’ll offer anybody here $50 an hour if you’ll go pick lettuce in Yuma this season and pick for whole season. So — OK? Sign up. OK. When you sign up — you sign up, and you’ll be there for the whole season. The whole season, OK? Not just one day. Because you can’t do it, my friend. Sign up.”

McCain Supporters Farthest Off the Mark
WASHINGTON (March 31, 2007) – A new poll using neutral language finds that primary and caucus voters have little knowledge of candidates’ immigration positions. The results also show that voters often do not share their candidate’s position.

For results and tables, go to http://www.cis.org/articles/2008/voter_release_08.html

Another McCAin amnesty lie....as we found out, none of this was going to happen in his bill.

“Anything short of rounding up 12 million people and deporting them is called amnesty by the opponents of this legislation,” he said. “I’ll point out that (illegal immigrants) will have to pay back taxes, they’ll have to pay a fine, they’ll have to go back to their country of origin, and it’s at least 15 years before they are in anyway eligible for citizenship.”

Statement by John McCain on Cinco de Mayo and Announcement of New Spanish Website

ARLINGTON, VA — U.S. Senator John McCain today issued the following statement on Cinco de Mayo as his campaign announced several new Spanish efforts:

“Cinco de Mayo commemorates an important moment in the history of Mexico’s path to freedom. On this day in 1862, a small group of Mexican troops overcame overwhelming force to win the Battle of Puebla. Today, we join together to remember the sacrifice that these Mexican patriots endured, as well as the struggles of all those around the world striving for freedom. We recognize as well the important friendship that exists between our country and Mexico, and celebrate the many contributions Mexican-Americans have made to our society, culture, security and economy.”

The Cinco de Mayo statement can now also be found on the Spanish section of the official campaign website at http://espanol.johnmccain.com, which the campaign launched today. This part of the website will feature regular updates in Spanish throughout the election.

Finally, as part of his commitment to talking with all Americans during this presidential campaign, the McCain presidential campaign announced that John McCain will attend the La Raza Annual Convention in San Diego on July 14, 2008.

“We recognize as well the important friendship that exists between our country and Mexico, “

Mexico is probably our biggest enemy.......

Yes, I’m serious. Mexico has sent it’s citizens to break into our country and has caused the death of more Americans than the Islamo extremists ever did.

Mexico is NOT our friend.

An alternate way of looking at that is that buying products made in Mexico tends to create an incentive for them to stay home and make those products, rather than coming here and hanging around the Home Depot parking lots.

I’m pretty sure that McCain will never read your letter. While it might have some impact here because some potential McCain voters might see it, if you want to have a greater impact you’ll have to ask him about this in person, on video.

So, for instance, you can point out that the NCLR gave an award to the guy who said this:

“We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him.”

Read that quote, tell him the NCLR gave the speaker an award, and then ask him to distance himself from the group. Get it on video and upload it to Youtube, and then prepare to be famous for a little while.

Thanks for that info. Long story short, McCain’s going to hang out with racist fanatics who aren’t above resorting to violence to achieve their ends, IOW, terrorists. Obama has William Ayers, McCain has La Raza, and America circles the bowl.

I notice the McCainiacs haven’t been on any of these threads spinning the usual BS about how this is all okay because McCain was a POW, therefore he’s a patriot who loves America.

“What is cinco di mayo? Not on my calendar.” I’m glad you asked that question. I just got this e-mail today explaining it.

“Most people don’t know that back in 1912, Hellmann’s mayonnaise was manufactured in England. In fact, the Titanic was carrying 12,000 jars of the condiment scheduled for delivery in Vera Cruz, Mexico, which was to be the next port of call for the great ship after its stop in New York.

This would have been the largest single shipment of mayonnaise ever delivered to Mexico.
But as we know, the great ship did not make it to New York. The ship hit an iceberg and sank, the cargo was forever lost.

The people of Mexico, who were crazy about mayonnaise and were eagerly awaiting its delivery, were disconsolate at the loss. Their anguish was so great that they declared a National Day of Mourning, which they still observe to this day.

The National Day of Mourning occurs each year on May 5th and is known, of course, as Sinko De Mayo.”

” The remittance industry transmits more than $50 billion from the U.S. to Latin America annually, mostly legitimate wages from immigrants caring for their relatives. (Ed Note-—that’s BS)”

Legitimate wages? ROFLOL!

More drug cartel money headed down there than anything else.

Like this guy:

May 4, 2008

http://blog.oregonlive.com/breakingnews/2008/05/bend_police_identify_officer_i.html

Refugio Cruz-Fuentes, 28, of Bend, was shot outside a house where he and two others were suspected of delivering methamphetamine.

The three arrived in a car at 12:18 a.m., and police arrested the driver as he approached the house. Brown shot Cruz-Fuentes during a confrontation with him and the other passenger.

Hours earlier, police had found a large amount of cash, methamphetamine and two weapons during a search of the house as part of a long-term investigation. [snip]

REWRITE The remittance industry transmits more than $50 billion from the US to Latin America hellholes annually, mostly from laundering the proceeds from drug dealing, and from cashing in on US government fraud-—collecting checks from using multiple fake identities, stolen SS nos, tax evasion, giving false statements, etc, etc, etc.

I have never seen such a miserable decision in my life as the nomination of John McCain to run for the Republican Party.

We're on the same page. Just one more time in my life, I would like to vote for someone rather than against the other. Reagan's second term was really the first and only time (the first term was anyone but Carter) I can say that - having missed Goldwater by a few years.

As Sowell said, the only thing that can get me to vote for McCain is his opponent. John is pissing away any small advantage he may have previously held.

[I see from your personal page that I probably hogged out the stuff that filled your rail cars... if you ever got to NW Colorado.]

By the time the Virginia primary arrived, it was pretty much a done deal that McPain was coronated. I didn't vote for him and don't plan to in November. In November I will vote for the Constitution Party candidate or write-in Duncan Hunter. I'd expect the Dems to pander to La Raza/Aztlan/reconquesta, not the GOP. I've voted straight GOP since 1980, and this stunt by McCain just drove me right out the door.

Go with the Constitution Party. Write-ins don't work in Presidential elections because you have to vote for electors rather than the candidate you support. You cannot vote for Hunter unless he has filed a slate of electors with your Secretary of State.
