“McCain should have been darn sure the NC Pubbies would listen to him before he took em on publicly. Now he looks impotent. Arrogance will bite ya every time.”
What in McCain’s history would lead one to believe he is saying or doing anything along those lines. He’s a liberal Republican and he’s acting like it.
Isn’t it bitterly ironic how McCain embraces his “alleged” enemies and brutally attacks his friends? By the way, I love your tag line!
I agree. If questioned about the ad, all he should have said was, “What in the ad isn’t true?” That would have been the end of it, and Obama would have sustained some damage from the ad. But no, Mr. “I’m Right and Everybody Else is Wrong” had to have it his way.
I don’t think you meant to respond to me.
I am quite happy that I have no property or obligations now in the US.
My beloved country left me, before I left it.
I can't vote for McStain anymore then I can vote for
Hildabeast or Osama Obama.
Good luck guys.
Or maybe you did mean to respond to me. Everyone is calling him a wuss, weak, etc. yet he’s the one who won the nomination. All the tough candidates that people here supported were gone by mid-February. McCain is the last man standing. Doesn’t seem very wuss-like to me.
I'm not sure his main objective is to become president. It may well be the destruction of those who dare speak the truth about him. He has no problem with either of his good friends becoming president.
Even if that were true (it’s not) how do you explain the damage that the media questioning McCain’s leadership will do? The fact that the NC GOP is flipping McCain the bird will be brought up again and again in the general when McCain tries to say he has the leadership qualities to govern. “How can he govern the country when he can’t even control his own party?” will be the theme.
Any way you look at it, this is a lose-lose for McCain.
McCain won the nomination because only three real conservatives ran and all three got ignored(on purpose) by the media and one got labeled “kooky” by his own party. The media chose our candidate and now liberal/moderate Republicans are wondering why the conservative base is so upset.
We the conservatives need to give the Republican party an ultimatum, either get on board with conservatives or as Ray Charles would sing (Hit The Road John, Don't Cha Come Back No More, No More, No More, No More, Hit The Road John, Don't Cha Come Back No More, That's What I Say, Hit The Road John McCaniac, Don't You Come Back No More).
McCain blasts his own and kisses Obama’s ass!
McCrazy is just trying to head off the illumination of the skeletons in his closet.
Wrong. You lose.
McCain has done this 3 times already (Criticized a Republican saying something completely innocent, yet critical of a Democrat.)
McCain has a long, sordid history of jumping on Republicans much faster than he’ll ever criticize a democrat.
Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan were each elected twice despite a far more hostile media than Mitt Romney or Fred Thompson ever faced. The media didn't pick our candidate and conservatives can certainly win despite them. McCain won because he ran the best campaign and had weak opponents.
I am so pissed with McCaniac that I have prescribed myself a dose of Lexapro 10mg and bed rest.
If that doesn’t work then a large dose of Wild Turkey and a bag of popcorn.
McCain is waging an excellent, low-level guerilla campaign, letting the Dems cut each other to ribbons while he appears to be above it all. Wait until November, the fruits of this strategy will be obvious then.
