If you found out that you husband had raped a woman (again) would you turn him over to the police? Would you force him to get professional treatment? Would you divorce him? Or would you take it upon yourself to try to intimidate the woman that had been sexually assaulted into keeping her mouth shut to protect your husband’s political aspirations?

Lawyer Hillary Clinton wrote false affidavit? against a 12 year old "rape" victim who she grilled on the stand? To win first big case?

I find this story interesting because I think this is where she took the time to learn so much about intimidating rape victims, false affidavits, how to discredit rape victims, and the like. She wrote a false affidavit signed Hillary D Rodham where she implied that the girl often fantasized and sought out "older men" like Taylor (the child’s rapist) and questioned the sixth grader's honesty and claimed she had made false accusations in the past. Newsday put the whole store together this Fall by using the Freedom of Information Act which is how they found Hillary’s false affidavit. The victim, whose life has been a complete mess since she was 12 and was interviewed from jail, did not know that Hillary was the lawyer that defended her rapist. She said over and over that she forgives Hillary because she was appointed by a judge but according to the article... "the victim was visibly stunned when handed the affidavit by a reporter this fall. "It kind of shocks me - it's not true," she said. "I never said anybody attacked my body before, never in my life."

Video: Juanita Broaddrick is interviewed on NBC Dateline about being raped by Bill Clinton. She was promised that it would air during impeachment. Lisa Myers from NBC DateLine told Juanita that it did not air because Producers told her it was too credible. Parts of the six hour Date Line interview did not air until a month after impeachment. It was only a 25 minute clip. The other links are articles that were posted the day after the NBC Dateline show finally aired.
