Thou wilt prolong the king's life; His years shall be as many generations. He shall abide before God for ever: Oh prepare lovingkindness and truth, that they may preserve him.
Psalm 61:6,7
You alone authored and revealed and love and truth. With the psalmist, we pray that this lovingkindness and truth would preserve our President, Your servant and child. Preserve his life and, by Your power at work within him, keep him abiding before You. We are confident that as he abides before You, You will reveal Your path of success and wisdom for his life and for our Country. Let the Spirit of Truth lead and guide him in truth and show him things to come.
In days of old You drove out the nations with Your hand, For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, Nor did their own arm save them; But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, Because You favored them. You are my King, O God; Command victories for Jacob. Through You we will push down our enemies; Through Your name we will trample those who rise up against us. (Psalm 44: 2-5). We pray this for our troops, Sir. Let Your right hand and the light of Your countenance favor our defenders of freedom.
I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath We receive Your Spirit over our nation and thank You, in Jesus name. Amen.
Join us in prayer.

Dorothy, an elderly woman, was near death. She loved the Lord and longed to be with Him. The nurse told her family that Dorothy would probably hold on until she could see her daughter, who was on her way to say goodbye. The nurse said, "It's as if Dorothy has one foot here and the other in heaven. She wants to take that last step soon."
That reminds me of the following beautiful description of dying by Henry van Dyke:
"I am standing at the seashore. A ship at my side spreads her white sails to the morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean. I stand and watch her until, at length, she hangs like a speck of white cloud, just where the sea and sky come to mingle with each other. . . . And just at the moment when someone at my side says: 'There, she is gone!' there are other eyes watching her coming, and other voices ready to take up the glad shout: 'Here she comes!' And that is dying."
Even more comforting for the loved ones of a believer who dies are the words of the apostle Paul: "If our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens" (2 Cor. 5:1). We can rejoice in our sorrow knowing our departed loved ones are now present with the Lord (v.8).

Prayer bump
Thank you for all Blessings, including the blessing of President George W. Bush in the White House, protect him from his enemies, may he always be blessed, and thank you for his committment to our Country. Thank you for our troops who stand in harms way to protect us, protect them from evil. Amen.
Spirit of the Living God
Fall afresh on me.
Spirit of the Living God
Fall afresh on me.
Melt me, mold me;
Fill me, use me.
Spirit of the Living God
Fall afresh on me.
I join in prayer for President Bush, the Administration, the election and our heroes standing in harm’s way!
We also pray for our Country. May we as a people walk in the fear of the LORD, with reverence and love for our Lord Jesus and fellow man. We pray for those that are in harm's way as they work to protect our Country, and we pray that the light of Gospel penetrates all of the dark corners of this world - as it alone can save and heal.
In Jesus' precious name.
Amen, and Amen, in His Most Beautiful Name. I'm Thanking our Savior for the Blessings that Fill this Prayerful Place.
The Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. (1Thess.5:28)
AMEN SISTER AND GRACE TO ALL CHRISTIAN PATRIOTS!
My heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.”
- Psalm 22:14
Our blessed Lord experienced a terrible sinking and melting of soul. “The
spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity, but a wounded spirit who can
bear?” Deep depression of spirit is the most grievous of all trials; all
besides is as nothing. Well might the suffering Saviour cry to his God,
“Be not far from me,” for above all other seasons a man needs his God when
his heart is melted within him because of heaviness. Believer, come near
the cross this morning, and humbly adore the King of glory as having once
been brought far lower, in mental distress and inward anguish, than any
one among us; and mark his fitness to become a faithful High Priest, who
can be touched with a feeling of our infirmities. Especially let those of
us whose sadness springs directly from the withdrawal of a present sense
of our Father’s love, enter into near and intimate communion with Jesus.
Let us not give way to despair, since through this dark room the Master
has passed before us.
Our souls may sometimes long and faint, and thirst even to anguish, to
behold the light of the Lord’s countenance: at such times let us stay
ourselves with the sweet fact of the sympathy of our great High Priest.
Our drops of sorrow may well be forgotten in the ocean of his griefs; but
how high ought our love to rise! Come in, O strong and deep love of Jesus,
like the sea at the flood in spring tides, cover all my powers, drown all
my sins, wash out all my cares, lift up my earth-bound soul, and float it
right up to my Lord’s feet, and there let me lie, a poor broken shell,
washed up by his love, having no virtue or value; and only venturing to
whisper to him that if he will put his ear to me, he will hear within my
heart faint echoes of the vast waves of his own love which have brought me
where it is my delight to lie, even at his feet for ever.
C.H.SPURGEON
SOLI DEO GLORIA!
Amen.
And so we are free from fear of death and grief. Hallelujah.
Amen.
Praise our Awesome God! May His Holy Spirit bring our Country to true repentance and may we walk in the Ways of our Great Redeemer, Jesus Christ, amen.
Go before our defenders, Almighty God, that they would be victorious in battle and honored for their mighty deeds. Put to shame all those who would shame our sons and daughters. Raise up that one who will lead us in the months to come ... may his heart be right before You and may the love of Israel captivate his soul. Cause us to stand watch over your beloved people, that we would not abandon them ... that You would not abandon us.
Hear our prayer, O Lord ...
Hear our prayer, O Lord ...
Incline thine ear to us
And grant us thy peace. Amen ...
“May the Sacred of Heart of Jesus be adored, glorified, loved and preserved throughout the world now and forever Amen”
Thank you for joining us. May God reward you for your time of service to Him.
I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers
