Eisenhower has donated $2,300 to the Illinois senator’s campaign, the maximum primary season donation allowed under federal campaign finance regulations.
The former first daughter isn’t the only member of the Eisenhower family supporting Obama’s White House run. In February, her sister-in-law Susan Eisenhower endorsed the Illinois senator in a Washington Post op-ed.

Joe Friday warned us about those commie hippies and their waffles:
Hippie: Hey man. Thats my chick!
Friday: The only chick youre going to have is chicken soup in the LA County Jail, mister. You see this girl is a decent, family-loving, daughter of a hard-working father and loving mother who lost her way after scum like you gave her some LSD, acid, or whatever name you punks call it now days. Sure, shes tripping, shes loaded, shes flying around the moon, shes whacked out, shes wasted, shes zombied, (Gannon now looks confused) shes mamboed-bomboaded out of her mind thanks to you and your low-life, lazy, flag-burning, pot-smoking hippie scum friends but you can bet on this, commie-pinko, Im going to be there every time you try and lure one of these kids with your pot and your LSD and your Volkswagen vans and paisley shirts! Im going to be there and when I catch you Im going to put you right back in the jail and then Im going to be there when you get out and get back in your Volkswagen van and put on your puffy little shirt and paisley vest and then Im going to be there when you stop for gasoline and waffles.

A Nixon mention. From the 1994 limerick book, THE OFFICIAL CLINTON-BASHING LIMERICK BOOK -—
We all know that Bill Clinton is slick
He is more than some Arkansas hick
In the whole universe
There are few more perverse
And they named the wrong guy Tricky Dick

I saw her on Booknotes a few years back and she seemed like a smart lady.
She was pushing the fact that Alger Hiss WAS a spy, etc. and was quite convincing.
Wonder what's gotten into her lately.

1When I was a little boy I was on a White House Tour with the family. In those days, they let you tour the grounds as well. All of the sudden, people were going crazy because Julie Nixon Eisenhower was on the grounds. People were rushing over and having her autograph their White House Tour guide. My Mom badly wanted an autograph but the crowds were heavy so she sent me in. I quickly ducked under the people and was face to face with Julie. She was very pretty even for a 9 year old to see! I asked her for an autograph and she told me to hold off. I waited and the crowd finally disbursed. She asked me if I wanted to see something and I said sure. She took me by the hand and walked me out onto the White House lawn. My Mom tried to chase me down but the secret service stopped her. Julie walked me to a tree and told me that she planted it as a young girl. Totally clueless, I pleasantly acted interested, obtained the autograph and ran back to my mom.
As I grew up and learned more about Julie and her husband, I am truly grateful to have walked hand in hand with Julie that hot summer day in Washington. So go ahead and support Obama. I still love you!

Why would the libs seek a Nixon-related endorsement? I thought they hated him? I thought he was the epitome of all that was wrong with the Republican party?
Being rhetorical. I already know the answer...desperate!

If BO makes it to the White House, there will follow the biggest case of buyers’ remorse in history. He is the very model of an empty suit who carries a lot of unpleasant baggage.
Pete Peterson, the uber-capitalist, has said that within 10 years the USA will be a third-world country. BO will simply accelerate that decline.

Ronald Reagan Jr. No such person exists. The ballerina, Ronald Prescott Reagan, is not Ronald Wilson Reagan Jr.
