2nd Video from Arkansas Friendship Coalition Press Conference + ACLU pro-illegal comments

The most notable statements in this video are from the ACLU officer in Arkansas Rita Sklar who compares immigration reform activist to 1930's Nazi activist in Germany. Rita Sklar's claim of scapegoating is partially correct, but the scapegoating is from bankers in Oklahoma trying to blame economic downturns on immigration reform activist for their sub-prime loans to illegals! The study put forth by the Arkansas Friendship Coalition is lie! I got this message from IRON-

"The Oklahoma economy is going to maintain a stronger economy than all states around us because we cut off at least 6,000 off medicaid programs, 40,000 Illegals have left Oklahoma, taking their children out of school. ICE is cooperating with us and helping detain and deport a bus load of illegals driven to the border EVERY DAY. no, Oklahoma economy is doing very well. "

The Arkansas Friendship Coalition is handing out the pro-illegal "study" to state legislatures. Below is a flyer handed out a year ago by Immigration reform activist in Oklahoma.

It appears the Economic Impact Group study is a year too late.Oklahoma Bankers Association knew an economic downturn was coming due to reckless lending. Their resulting loan defaults and halted housing developments are from their own careless loan practices – NOT from HB1804 *************************************

Delinquencies were 12 % in the third quarter. Now 20% unemployment among illegal aliens could be a cause.

Questions: When it comes to illegal alien families getting state (and federal) funded benefits, how many of those families are doing so legally by using an anchor baby is their proof of citizenship? Do you know if statistics are kept on the number of what would be called ‘immigrant’ families legally receiving benefits because of an anchor baby? vs. the number of ‘illegal aliens’ stealing benefits?

As long as birthright citizenship continues, I’m wondering how a ballot initiative requiring proof of citizenship will lessen the number of illegal aliens receiving benefits?

My thoughts....while many are focused on the magnet created by jobs, birthright citizenship is, IMO, an equal or bigger magnet, as it offers both immediate citizenship to the child and then a buffet of legally obtained state/federal benefits for the family, from birth until the child becomes an adult. The more anchor children, the greater $ in benefits the family legally receives.

Also, I’d be willing to bet that an end to birthright citizenship, and so an end to receipt of state/federal benefits, would make a huge dent in the amount of $ being sent back to Mexico. My guess is that most of that money comes from two-income families. $ from legally obtained state/federal benefits and $ from illegally obtained, under the table jobs.
