Anyone that would let Barak HUSSEIN Obama walk into the Whitehouse with a protest vote is a sell out to this country. I will not let HUSEEIN, who has coddled racism for 20 years, will not wear a US flag on his lapel or put his hand over his heart command our military and run our country. He supports his own radical islamist cousin who is trying to overthrow his country. McCain is very flawed but Obama and Hillary are far worse. So I say I will bring it on. Even though I do not like McCain on many stances, I will stand with him in this race. He paid his dues to this country far more than you or I. 5.5 years of being tortured as a POW means something to me.

Yep! Rather an imperfect Republican than a perfect socialist.

I will hold my nose and vote for McCain. The other 2 are socialist, racist and far left. Is there a choice? How high do you want your taxes?

I don’t care if McCain did 25 years in the Hanoi Hilton. War hero means nothing if you’re going to destroy the country slowly rather than quickly.

It is only a “protest” vote if your political worldview is Republican first, conservative 2nd. Here on FR, you will find the majority are American, Conservative, then republican....if and only if they are deserving.

Pi$$ off a$$hat. It means he was a marginal pilot that couldn't evade capture. He is not the only veteran of a war and you are arrogant in the extreme to presume to know all of our backgrounds.

"He paid his dues to this country far more than you or I. 5.5 years of being tortured as a POW means something to me."

How does being a POW make a man Presidential material? If anything it erodes his emotional stability. There have been tens of thousands of POW's in our history, and millions of veterans, but neither of these is a qualification for the Presidency, nor is either one a guarantee of a man's character. I submit to you John Kerry, Jack Murtha, Max Cleland, General Weasley Clark, war veterans and accomplished men all. But also liberal socialists, anti-American zeros. Furthermore, John McCain absolutely had preferrential treatment while in captivity, at Gai Lam Military Hospital, where few, if any, other POWs were allowed. Many Vietnam veterans say he exchanged information for this preferential treatment. How much actual combat time did McCain have, about one full day before he lost his plane? What does that say for the pilots who had 5,000 hours of combat time, they should all be Presidents or kings?

I may or may not vote for this petty, arrogant little man, but if I do it will have nothing to do with his military service, or his (lousy) stances and poor qualifications to be a Republican President. It will be but for one reason; cancer, (John McCain), kills slower than ebola, (Hussein Obama).

I spent 8 years being tortured by clinton, and another 7.5 by bush. And it’s not over...

‘.... not let HUSEEIN, who has coddled racism for 20 years, will not wear a US flag on his lapel or put his hand over his heart command our military and run our country.’

that’s exactly the point. The thought of Barack Obama becoming President of this great country makes me ill. I’d prefer not to vote for McCain but, if I have to vote for McCain to stop Obama from becoming President, I will do so and encourage others to do so too.

Obama pretends to be a “uniter” but, reading his past comments, it sure seems like he doesn’t like white people.
But, even worse, for someone who wants to be President of these great United States, to refuse to stand tall and proudly declare patriotism for America is unforgiveable. If I heard or heard about my Pastor bashing America, it wouldn’t take me 20 years to denounce this....
Obama makes the Clintons look good.......well, that may be stretching it a bit...

What is means, is that he survived 5.5 years of hell.

It does not automatically elevate him to hero status.

As a Nam Vet, I admire his courage and perseverance, but condemn him for what he did during the POW/MIA hearings and how he treated the families of those unaccounted for.

And him of all people.

Then, when you factor in his siding with his good bud John Kerry and against the rest of us Vietnam Vets in 04, going so far as telling us to "get over it" and "shut up," that did it for me.

QUICK, can you (or anyone else who keep brining up his hero status, most of all, himself) NAME ONE OTHER INDIVIDUAL, OF THE 771 PERSONS WHO WERE CAPTURED AND WERE POW'S DURING VIETNAM?

Right. Didn't think so.

So he's a hero and what does that make the other 770?

I prefer to keep my in enemies in front of me where I can keep my eye directly on them. McCain will lull people to sleep being the pretend conservative and then squarely plant the knife in the conservative back. He may have served our country well at one time, but so did Benedict Arnold before he turned. Make no mistake, John McCain is an enemy of freedom, and he has proved it time and again. Regardless of who wins this election it will be up to the people and Congress to salvage what we can of our nation.
