REDLANDS FREEP #11 3/28/08 "Hand Shake From A Supporter"

Posted on 03/31/2008 2:59:21 PM PDT by Victory Rocks

This day's FReep was rather ordinary but still loads of fun. It was Kelly and me for today. As usual we got many more honks and waves than the moonbats did.

The moonbats stood on their corner in silence looking like zombies with all the life sucked out of them. Even the one little kid that was with them looked devoid of life. I guess with the surge working so well and public opinion turning in favor of the war, it must be a tough time for moonbats.

Along with the honks and waves we got a number of compliments and people saying thank you when they stopped at the light or drove by. There wasn't as much pedestrian traffic as usual so the highlights are few this time, but we did get a visit from a guy who stopped, shook our hands, thanked us, and said he would join us next week. If he's a lurker or a fellow FReeper it would be great to have him with us. Especially since Kelly will have to work late and won't be able to make it next Friday.

Since I didn't have as much to write about in this post I altered the moonbat pics a bit for your enjoyment. Hope you like them.

ABOVE: Our cool banner.

ABOVE: Kelly showing the moonbats what a real patriot looks like.

ABOVE: Me Victory Rocks.

ABOVE: The moonbats of Citizens Action For Peace.

ABOVE: Close up of the moonbats. Surrender is the only option when it comes to the anti war left.

ABOVE: This is what happens to your mind when it's fed a steady diet of Dan Rather, the New York Times, and Michael Moore.

ABOVE: This kid kept his distance from the rest of the lefties through out the evening. I guess the old geezers forgot to put on their deodorant and perfume. If you bring a kid to an anti war protest, at least have the decency to supply him or her with a gas mask so they don't have to breath the foul stench of the hippies.

Even when we have a slow evening as we had tonight we still have fun, and enjoy showing our support for our troops and their families.

If any Inland Empire FReepers and Lurkers would like to join us we meet on Fridays at 4:30 PM on the northeast corner of Redlands Blvd. and Orange St. in Redlands Ca.

Our rules are no violence, no profanity, and no sexism or racism. Obey all laws and treat law enforcement with respect. We do welcome good hearted verbal engagement though.

I really like your banner (first photo), it says it all, simply and with very attractive graphics. Classy.

Way to go, Victory Rocks and Kelly! Your signs are terrific and so is your dedication.

I always enjoy your report, no matter how short and the pictures tell the story. Patriots rule over moonbat zombies every time! The comments in your pics were hilarious! Thank you for Supporting Our Troops. It is a great feeling, isn’t it?
