A post earlier today discussed a Muslim convert to Christianity (Copt) who has a regular TV show on one of the big Muslim sat channels.
Apparently he spends 30 minutes on a single line from the Koran (e.g., about the permissibleness of taking women into slavery) and then demonstrates how these objectionable practices are supported and encouraged throughout the entire range of Muslim literature including the Hadiths.
Apparently he’s really a thorn in the side of the imams, because they simply can’t win any arguments with him. He’s apparently caused many thousands of conversions to Christianity.

How is the article misleading? The title of the article states Islam has "overtaken" Catholicism.
I agree and I did my part, but how many women are willing to give up their precious careers in order to do so?
With all due respect, georgiarat, abortion is NOT the way. Personally, I hope that more Christians will understand that having larger families is not all that scary. The good Lord DOES provide. I also hope that Christians will pray for the conversion of Muslim babies.

I don’t believe the Muslim headcount. The Muslim nations tend to count everyone in their nation as Muslim, even the Christians and pagans. And they do not track or even admit those who convert to Christianity.
Christianity outnumbers Islam 2 to 1.
Islam has little chance of “catching up.” In fact, that is the underlying reason driving the violence— the desperate reality that Christianity is rolling up the global population.
Discursively, the situation is quite bad. Islam can only be accepted and ideally practiced within the language of Arabic. Christianity and the Bible can be translated into any human language. Thus far more than 120 languages have received the gospel.
Population rates in Muslim countries are beginning to peak as well.
Regardless of whether Islam or Christianity is leading the race, I don’t understand how Islam is even a contender. It’s got to be one of the most demanding religions ever, with all of its rules, even more than the Jews have.
