Who could have predicted all this?

The specifics? Nobody. But these are Democrats. You just had to know they would self-destruct.

As long as we can limit their destructiveness to their own party, we can keep it from spilling over onto the nation. I hope.

Rush’s Operation Chaos is working to a tee. Hillary must be kept in the race as long as possible. Freepers in IN, PA, and NC ought to vote for Hillary.

I should be happy. I am not. After all, should McKennedy - er - McCain be elected, the only difference will be the speed with which he implements left-wing idiocy.

Nothing more delicious than seeing the club (PC/Race/Group politics) with which the left has beat conservatives into silence

being used on themselves.

The Dems are working very hard to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

My personal opinion is that is a bad idea. I’d rather see Obama in the general than Hillary. McCain WILL beat Obama, I’m not so sure about Hillary. She has the Clinton machine, he has nothing.

McCain is very strong on the WOT.

Although I don't agree with much of his platform, that is a huge difference between him and the moonbats.

Al Gore is the only solution.

And we better damn well rub that little turn of phrase back in their faces.

For decades, the Dhimmirats have used the threat of being called some sort of “ist” to halt any discussion on issues,
they’ve divided the country into little groups and pitted them against each other,
all the while tightening the PC noose on everyone to keep them from speaking the truth.

Now, we have the feminist group pitted against the race grievance mongers, and no matter who wins, they, the dhimmirats are going to be “mean” to one of these groups.

If Obama is not on the ticket (and how could he be after Hategate?) then black will stay home or (gasp) vote for McCain. Problem solved.

Hillary also has the white blue collar vote outside of the South. If Obama is nominated, he loses that vote, and we get PA, OH, and possibly even NJ.

>> McCain apparently plans to spend the next few months making nice with his base

You don’t say. Wonder when he’s going to get started with that.

If the Superdelegates should follow the lead of the elected delegates, then the Dems are admitting that they don’t have the guts to use the Superdelegates as they intended to. Once again the Dems have proved that whenever a spine is required, the Dems can be relied to be missing theirs. Their spines are as mushy as their brains.

This is great and all, but at the end of the day we still have to beat whichever one of these fools the dems nominate. Divided or not, if the economy is going into the crapper a case has to be made to the American people that Obama and Clinton will destroy it. Heretofore, I have not heard a peep from McCain as to why anyone should vote FOR him. Sure, he could hope that the economy improves, but he really should be out there day after day pounding the democrats on the economy. This is an opportunity to pounce while Obama and Clinton are killing each other.
