Barack Obama’s campaign has removed an endorsement by the New Black Panther Party from its Web site, one day after the Illinois senator delivered a speech calling for improved race relations in America.
“The page in question has been removed from our campaign Web site,” Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor told FOXNews.com after inquiries about the endorsement. “It’s our policy with any content generated by a group that advocates violence.”
The blogosphere was buzzing Wednesday about whether his campaign planned to remove the Panther posting.
The New Black Panthers, who inherited their name from the Black Panther Party of the 1960s, had the page on the Obama campaign’s public forums. The group’s message said it is backing Obama because he “represents ‘positive change’ for all of America. Obama will stir the ‘Melting Pot’ into a better ‘Molten America.’”
Obama spokeswoman Tiffany Edwards said before the campaign removed the endorsement that that section of the Web site “has nothing to do with us.”
“People can form their own groups,” she told FOXNews.com. “It’s not something that the campaign — it’s not something that we’ve done.”
Malik Zulu Shabazz, who has led the group since 2001, told World Net Daily later Wednesday that the Obama posting was removed for understandable political reasons.
“It’s the game of politics,” Shabazz told World Net Daily, which originally broke the news of the Web page. “The Obama camp’s move to remove our blog doesn’t mean much because I understand politics. We still completely support Obama as the best candidate.”

I cannot blame Obama for him being endorsed by the New Black Panthers. He would not accept their endorsement, but he couldn’t stop them from endorsing him. I’ll cut him some slack on this issue.
However, more importantly, is how many other black leaders/groups have shared speakers platforms with the NBPP at all types of rallies, and who sponsored these rallies? Let’s try the communists of United for Peace & Justice, ANSWER, etc. for some. Let’s see if Faraklan’s Nation of Islam invited Shabazz to speak with them. I recall that they did.
Did any black churches invite Shabazz to speak from their pulpits? Did any white churches invite him? Anybody got answers to this? There might be some information at www.Discoverthenetwork.org, a part of www.frontpagemagazine.com.
Shabazz is a black nazi racist psychopath and has always been one since his days at Howard Un., where far too many supposedly rational people gave him a forum and publicity.
He is just another nazi without the swastika and should be viewed and shunned by all decent people, like the plague of racism and hatred that he is and represents.

Last night on Nightline, Obama said Wright was only trying to say white racism is a problem that must continued to be acknowledged and be discussed. HA

Obama assured the Canadians that he didn't mean it when he criticized NAFTA. He assured Rev. Wright that he didn't mean it when he removed him from his web site. He assured the Black Panthers that he didn't mean it when he removed them from his web site.
And he has obviously assured the Muslims that he didn't mean it when he said he had become a Christian. How do I know this? Because Muslims love him. Because no one is issuing fatwahs against him for apostasizing from Islam. Because he has covertly assured them that he has not. Because there's a PATTERN of lying here.
Muslims call this technique "Takeyya," which means to defend Islam by lying to gullible infidels. Takeyya comes naturally to Muslims. They learn it from infancy.

Really doesn’t answer the question. Just changes it to “What made them so slow on the uptake?” But that doesn’t matter. My question was nothing more than a slightly sarcastic rhetorical query anyway. You know when you pick up a large flat rock and all the little insects start scurrying around looking to get back under cover and escape the sudden bright sunlight? Well, every now and then, one of them will step on their own feet, or do something, causing them to stumble and be delayed getting back out of the unwelcome glare. So, one of the little creepy crawlies at BHO’s HQ stepped on his own foot and was slow getting the offending endorsement off their website. So what?
I don’t understand why BHO is repudiating any of these people. They are not saying anything his supporters, and Democrats generally, don’t believe and publicly proclaim. BHO ought to stand up for his convictions rather than attempt to escape who and what he is. Instead, he’s engineering his own train wreck.
