NC has lots of college towns and black communities. I can’t see Hillary beating Obama in NC, barring a total collapse.
driving through a very ritzy neighborhood in Fayetteville NC last night I saw a nice three story house with a freaking Obama sign in the front. I guess Obama is the one that can bring them hope that they can get the four story house once he is in office.
Hilliary will argue that she should be the nominee. There are a number of factors that will be involved: pledged delegates, total number of states primaries "won," popular primary vote and swing states carried. She will argue that the votes cast in FL and MI should not be completely disregarded as well. Therefore, from her point of view, a narrow NC win would be helpful.
It really is fun to watch this.

The Clinton’s have as much corruption and dirt as Obama. If she were to be nominated, the dirt would come pouring out of every crack and crevice in this country. The Clintoon machine would be hard pressed to knock off all of the people with dirt on the Clintons.

One of my coworkers is a good ole boy. He is a deer hunter, he hates queers, he has been married to the same woman for 20 years, he sends his kids to private school, hates illegals, goes to church every Sunday, whines that taxes are too high, can’t stand welfare queens, can’t stand tofu, drives a full size F250 superduty 4x4.

The stakes are much higher. NY is full of Liberal wackjobs who could care less. When it comes to the nation, I think there will be much more interest and a whole lot more at stake like our freedom, our security, our children and grandchildren’s futures. The Clintoon’s seem to bury their dirt, however, there are those that love this nation more than to be intimidated by their threats.
IN will be Hillary, I can’t see good ole boy unions voting for Obama (especially after wright), and it’s fantasy to think he gains any ‘home turf’ by being from Chicago: The vast majority of people from IN (Gary included) are in a seperate state and couldn’t care less about the guy they hadn’t even heard of three years ago (espcially since Bahy is publically supporting Her Highness!).
I don’t live there anymore, but I was there long enough to know the people.
If Bayh delivers IN to Hillary, Bayh might be on Hillary’s short list for Veep.
