No, I’m thinking Hezbollah’s response to taking out the co-founder of their organization, Mugniyah. Hoping it was really just an accident, but it’s been a month since his death (on Feb. 13) and that was the timing the last time one of their leader’s was taken out.
Maybe just Serb commandos going after some payback.

Kosovo is NOT a puppet state of Albania.
Albania is mostly secular, and a friend of the US, because like the other former Communist states in Europe, they appreciate what America stands for.
While people in Albania itself, do have some solidarity with their brethren in Kosovo, they are not interested in uniting with them. In fact, many in Albania fear that since Kosovo is more Muslim than they are, that one day it will be Kosovars that will be the driving force behind a push for “Greater Albania.”
Therefore, it is vital to maintain good relations with Tirana’s secular government. I oppose an independent Kosovo, precisely because it could eventually sow the seeds for an Albania Civil War.
