Hey, Spitzer's a Clinton Backing Liberal Democrat... They do not have to answer to the law like the common folk or them low down scurvy, evil Republicans!

This guy should receive the same treatment they gave Larry Craig.

Dems think they should be held to a separate standard.

Spitzer violated the Mann Act, a Federal Law against transporting women across state lines for immoral purposes.

These politicians are so arrogant, so full of their own power and hybris that feel they are not constrained by the same restrictions which apply to ordinary mortals and liberal Dems like Spitzer are the worst.

It was amazing listening to lib callers to radio shows yesterday, who said "it was a private matter", etc......even when the Law was explained to them, they couldn't grasp the concept (or wouldn't). The law means nothing to the lib side, or it shouldn't apply to them.

I have my own theory. Here goes:

Here's a guy who has made many MANY enemies in his rise to power. And we're not talking about mere street thugs either--some of the most powerful people on Wall St. They detest him. This is a guy who wasn't just a tough prosecutor (Guiliani was that), but this guy was mean. He showed no mercy for anyone caught in his web.

People in his own party detested him...he has shown no loyalty over the years to those who helped him climb.

So now he is being spoken about as a possible future superstar of the democrat party...he is governor of one of the biggest and most influential states in the country and what does he do?? Goes to a hooker and leaves a footprint. All this knowing full well how well-connected his enemies were.

My theory: he was punishing himself out of guilt. Not only did everyone he knew hate him, but he hated himself as well. He was playing it risky with a chance to get caught because--deep down inside--he wanted to get caught.

OK--Dr. Freud mode is now off.

I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if he didn’t resign. Supposedly his wife is urging him to hang in there and ride it out.

If they have the dirt their claiming on him he’s out, but if there’s any ounce of possibility that he can ride it out he’ll have no shame in doing it.

He was thinking with the wrong part of his anatomy and figured, in his arrogance, that it was okay because of who he was.

Hard time for vice crime.

Craig is still in office, and looking for summer interns. Is that what you want? I want all the degenerates to leave the positions of power, but I’ll settle for the ones exposed to the light.

"Spitzer's career as prosecutor was not only characterized by overzealousness, but by a sanctimonious attitude toward his enemies that helped mask his own shady dealings, including the fact that his wealthy father bankrolled his political career by questionable means.

"He was elected governor in 2006 on a promise to restore ethics in New York State, but from the get-go he displayed the same arrogance he possessed as prosecutor. Shortly after taking office, he shouted to a Republican critic, "I'm a f - - - ing steamroller, and I'll roll over you and anybody else."

Spitzer to a "T".

Exactly. If he couldn't find a real crime, he manufactured one, with the media as his willing accomplices. Even before the sex scandal, he still had die hard fans in the media. It was amusing for about the first 30 seconds of any newscast about "Governor Eliot Spitzer, Governor of New York". One female reporter from Buffalo managed to fit a form of "Governor Elliot Spitzer, Governor of New York" twice into each sentence about Eliot Spitzer, Governor of New York. I know this because I started counting as she finished the first run-on sentence.

It reminded me of the way the media appeased Saddam.

It is important to understand the internal civil war the Democratic Party is having over sex. Back in the 60s, the Dems were the party of Playboy and getting rid of the 50s mores. Most women were Republicans back then...until so many came over to the Dems in 1968.

But the young women of the free-love feminist generation grew into middle age by the 1980s, and many noticed that the men their age wanted free love with younger women. These men, by the way, were as likely to be Republicans as Democrats. It is a lie to suggest that Democrat males participate in premarital sex more than Republican males.

The opposite should be the case because Democrat males are more likely to be financial LOSERS who want the state to take care of them. Women are often not attracted to Democrat males.

In any event, many abandoned feminist Baby Boomers turned into the anti-male type of victim feminist that said that men were predators. They did not have much political power back then as Ted Kennedy was still sleeping with every young intern he could find.

In 1986, this new “anti-male left” found common cause with the “moral majority” on the right in working with the MSM to talk up the AIDs crisis and stop the sexual revolution. It worked with baby boomers, but new generations were on their way.

The Baby Boomer left, meanwhile, was taken over politically by the anti-male feminists, chief among them was Hillary Clinton. Hillary got Congress to declare that violence against women was a federal crime because women were eternal victims. She managed to do this AFTER Gingrich won back Congress supposedly for conservatives. In 2000, the Rehnquist Court declared VAWA to be unconstitutional, but Congress has completely ignored them and only added to both VAWA and the bloated Office on Violence Against Women, which employs about 10,000 feminists, many in the DC area, despite (or because) of having a Bush favorite as its director.

Ron Paul and Tom Tancredo are the only Republicans who tried to stop this.

Over on the left, guys like Ted Kennedy were put on a leash and castrated and now, as one can see from the $4300 price Spitzer paid for an hour with a young woman, it is obvious that the young female interns of left wing politicians (young women who are chosen by the older Baby Boomer women like Clinton) are no longer the type of woman who would sleep with their boss because they admire the way he wants to save the whales or the rainforest.

There is now a fight among the Democrats about pornography which you can read about at Larry Flynt dot com.

Most liberal men are OK with rules such as at Antioch College where men have to ask permission of women to say hello, hold hands, etc. just like a private would ask a drill sergeant if he can go to the bathroom.

Democrat males are now mostly eunuchs singing in the choir of the Castrati.

The Playboy Party of the 60s is now just a shadow of its former self as more and more heterosexual males realize that the Democrats no longer represent their interests at all, and actively work against them most of the time.

This isn’t to say that the Republicans are run by or represent real men anymore either.

But neither McCain nor Ron Paul nor Huckabee are erudite enough to pull the still amazing amount of white male heterosexuals from the Democrat Party. Inertia leaves these idiot males voting for Hillary...many hoping to get laid if they say the right politically correct things.

Don’t cry for Mrs. Spitzer.

No intelligent woman would have put up with a pro-feminist pushover like Eliot.

He wanted to get caught because he probably hates himself the way any hetero Democrat male has to feel about himself if he supports left wing feminists.

Except for feminist Sweden, no other country on Earth has ever thought of making it a crime to be a customer of a prostitute. The men of Finland just overwhelmingly voted a similar law down after watching Swedish businessmen and politicians have their lives ruined. No intelligent man would voluntarily vote for a law that could put him or one of his friends into such jeopardy if they got weak.

Meanwhile, a new generation of Australian college coeds are turning to the world’s oldest profession:

http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2008/03/01/1204227055215.html

You can bet the US Congress is going to consider making it illegal for American men to go to Australia.

You know the practice of rating women like that is a serious insult to prostitutes everywhere and women in general.

This club wouldn’t last in Europe. It is tackier than even the shop windows in Amsterdam and the women at the Emperor’s Club look like concentration camp victims.

According to what I’ve been hearing, the investigation has been going on for months, the IRS is involved, and Spitzer’s relationship with the call girl is NOT a one-time fluke but a regular thing.

...sounds like you are blaming wifey, but what if Spitzer liked weird stuff like...say.. dressing in baby diapers or being covered in egg yolk or something? Maybe he knew his wife wouldn’t go for that. I don’t know if it is a white thing, but honey, this sista’ would not have been supportive and smiling beside my husband while he confessed to the worst. My husband would have been wearing one of my highest heeled shoes in his a$$.

He wanted some of it to be unprotected. Kerstin said on the wiretaps that she would NOT go for that.

The wife can be really angry about that because that also goes against the code of those who think this sort of thing is OK in a marriage.

By the way, if you turn that comment around to where a man is saying he would do extreme violence to his wife if she cheated on him...it would have caused a ruckus. :-)

Nobody, but nobody in the US would tolerate that.

Most men living in the USA probably would not have noticed anything out of the ordinary in that comment but the men’s rights movement is on top of how that allows laws to get passed like VAWA that make it a federal crime to hit women but not a federal crime for anyone to do violence againt men.

This is off topic however.

Eliot Spitzer must of had something on Hillary. Dems have looked the other way on much bigger "crimes" ...

Now if he had been a Republican, the MSM would take him down for jaywalking... but a dem?

Dems can drown women,

rape them,

take funds from people ripping off old people,

lie under oath,

get caught on tape buy and selling cocaine,

freeze thousands in bribe money, etcetcetc....

hell, they can have a prostitution ring run out of their basements and NOTHING happens.

Why are they going after Spitzer? And why is the MSM running it like it's a story about a Republican?

I would like to know...

Thanks for this analysis. I know it’s true, because I got it socked to me in the ‘Eighties at a Cal State college where all the bitter, feminist faculty and older alumni wanted to castrate every young male in their midst. The party that has the fortitude to declare that it’s okay to be young, male and like girls will one day dominate the electoral scene.
