“This is a sad excuse for a Republican Candidate. I am honestly sick. Not sure what is happening next for us here!!”

True, but he is the only show in town and he knows it. A third party vote would be a waste and would just ensure that Obama or Clinton would win. With all his warts, I would take McCain over Clinton and most definitely over Obama. At the end of the day, pragmatism rules. McCain knows most will see things this way (although I would have preferred a social conservative)....it’s the old lesser of two evils situation again.

I trust McCain on military and foreign policy over either democrat...so what else is one to do?

As Tevya in Fiddler on the Roof put it, "If I bend that far I will break!"

Sell your own soul to the devil. If you want to vote for someone who hates the constitution, do so, but don't try to convince rational people that John McCain would be any better than Derek Obama.

With three members of my family currently serving in the Armed Forces (one in Iraq right now, one will be going for a second tour - my son, and one we don’t yet know about) there is only one choice IMHO. I’m voting for McCain.

This is why we get RINOs.

A vote for McCain is like voting for Obama or Hillary

” I would take McCain over Clinton and most definitely over Obama”

Versus Clinton, I would vote for McCain with reservations. Versus Obama, I would vote for McCain without question and without regret.

It sucks, but we have to vote McCain and then bust our asses to get every conservative we can to run and win in the Congress and the Senate. Start the grassroots now for Huckabee to run for Pryor’s seat...with his cache, he can be a major pain in Pres McCain’s ass, in the Senate...at least on Social Con issues....

We can box McCain in with a muscular Conseravtive caucus in the house and Senate....its up to us to give him those who will obstruct his sell outs...

Just sayin is all....
