and they will AVOID the quite normal condition called Type II diabetes which will happen to everybody with the genes to make it happen otherwise.

Could you be specific and state how this is avoided?

Highly controlled but spartan diet, low on carbohydrates, and backed up with the sort of exercise regime that's normal for a hunter/gatherer in the wilderness ~ and Type II is highly unlikely.

Not everyone has been mutated to eat a lot of carbohydrates.

It's simple. There's an Indian tribe that straddles the US/Mexico border. On the Mexico side they work hard for their food, eat a diet very low in carbohydrates and high on oils and protein.

Their cousins on the US side eat a "Western" diet. They have a fantastically high Type II diabetes rate.

Eskimos who stick to the traditional sea-mammal and fish diet interspersed with roots have a low Type II rate. Those who eat canned potatoes, candy, and all sorts of other nonsense, doing so without doing the kind of exercise to keep it turned off have a high Type II rate.

Well, thank you for that. I admit I am a little ignorant when it comes to medical issues.

Thank you again.

8 ounces of vitamin d2 fortified milk is 2.5% of the minimal
amount required to probably insure all of the systematic benefits of vitamin d3.

darker skin means one needs to spend much time in the sun
to get the same amount of cholesterol converted to Vitamin d by the sunshine. African Americans are the most vitamin d deficient of all Americans (hence the worst rate for heart disease, cancer, strokes, and diabetes.
