I heard the Congresswoman that wrote the bill, being interviewed on the radio this morning, Originally the bill was for anybody that had a concealed carry permit to be able to carry on any school grounds, but the bill was getting so much resistance, it was rewritten to include only college campus’.

I would prefer that a 1st graders teacher could protect them too, but I guess it is a start.
