STOLE STUDENTS' WORK AT COLUMBIA
February 21, 2008 -- The black Columbia University professor who last fall found a hangman's noose pinned to her office door plagiarized the work of another faculty member and two students, according to a school investigation released yesterday.
The plagiarism probe was already under way last year when a 4-foot twine noose was discovered on the door of psychology and education professor Madonna Constantine's office, officials at the university's Teachers College said.

No student at Columbia should ever again be penalized for plagiarism. If one is, he/she should immediately file suit using the leniency for this Prof. as precedent for their position.

Now I can stop wondering exactly what strategy Columbia is going to use to distract the public from asking what those security videos revealed. Remember how they were refusing to turn them over to police until they heard police were about to head over with a subpoena to force them to turn them over? But we’ve never heard a peep about what was on them. Maybe the law enforcement computer experts are still working on recovering the parts Columbia erased while stalling on the handover.
I have found that people who suffer from a particular aliment often gravitate to a profession that deals with that aliment.
My question is, why does she still have a job? Oh wait, I forgot...she's a minority.
Plagiarism is a serious problem on campus - especially in the last 10 years with the advent of the Internet.
Students are expelled for much less than what this professor did.
Well, Colombia needs someplace to pour that $45,000 a year that students (well, non-minority students anyway) pay to attend this "Ivy League" university.

Professor Kerri Dunn vandalized her own car and then led "Stop The Hate" rallies on campus.
