Weren’t we told that Ruby shot Oswald out of sympathy for JFK’s wife, Jackie? I always thought that one was a load of cr&p.

I’m not sure he’s that harmless... but he is certainly closer than in the past - back in 1975 the press thought he could win the Democratic nomination just by entering the race at the last minute and having delegates change sides.
that would have been an interesting alternate reality - President Kennedy instead of President Carter.

That was Ruby’s testimony.

For anyone who hasn't seen it, I recommend the movie "Winter Kills," by the director of "The Manchurian Candidate." It's based on the Kennedy assassination, and it is GOOD. It perfectly captures all the paranoia of that strange presidency and even stranger assassination.

He’s certainly not harmless in terms of damage to our way of life, but he is harmless to - and scared spitless of - those who knocked off his brothers and I think he knows exactly who was behind all of it.

Yeah, kept in the courthouse where the Warren Commission could not get it.

Well, Howard Hughes and Adolph Hitler both had books come out that were fakes . . .
These days documents of all kinds must be taken with a grain of salt.

I do believe the Mafia was involved in the JFK assassination, but I agree there is absolutely no evidence that Oswald and Ruby ever discussed the assassination. (Of course, silly me, I don't think Oswald had anything to do with the assassination.)
:-)
There is no convincing evidence that Oswald and Ruby communicated or worked together in any way. That is one of the few valid points the Warren Commission managed to make.

At last the proof has been found. JFK, Elvis and MLK are living on a small Island in the Caribenean along with Natalie Holloway!

“Nightclub owner Ruby subsequently shot Oswald dead at point-blank range as police were escorting their prime suspect.
At least the reporter didnt say allegedly shot, for me and millions of Americans saw that one happen live on TV.”
But they still sanitize Ruby by calling him a “nightclub” owner!
He didn’t run Ricky Ricardo’s “Tropicana” . His was more like the “Bada Bing” from the “Soprano’s”
