Having lived in Springdale for several years, I seriously doubt it.
News Flash for those unenlightened few...Latinos are classified racially as “caucasian,” as are Arabs, Persians, and Eastern Indians (as opposed to Amerinds). Therefore “white” is correct.
Kill him.
Now!
Inbreeding?
Inbreeding?
You are correct about that but I haven't seen the term "Amerinds" (American Indians) since college in the early '70s.
I could care less what race the guy is or if he is legal. Although that would add to the nuttiness of letting them stay here.
What I really care about is what the maximum sentence is for the crime.
That is before they come out with the he was an abused child defense or some similar rat crap!

They change the "constructs" based on social and political reasons. The identification of race was changed from previous designations....I understand it was for political reasons that hispanics wanted to be called whites.
Hmmmmmmm. not according to the Department of Justice. They have white (non-hispanic) and Hispanic category.

I have no idea how I got a triple post, sorry!
my only question is why he doesn’t have a mark on him after being taken into custody.
Does Mr. Ramirez have conjugal visit rights? Weren’t there a bunch of women that wanted to marry him and have his baby? Is this the “Spawn of Satan”?
If they attack a white guy, it’s white on white. If a white attacks them it’s white on hispanic. That is the way it works. Seriously. It raises white crimes stats and lowers hispanic.

Take ol’ Cesar camping down in the Seven Devil Swamp below Pine Bluff, and wont nobody find any remains when the swamp critters finish.......
Many ‘Latinos’/Hispanic look like they stepped off a Mayan artifact and many do not even speak Spanish or Portuguese. Call these people Indians, Amerindians, Mestizo, Latino, Hispanic(I call some of them ‘uncle’ and ‘cousin’ and ‘brother’ and ‘friend’) - but calling many of them ‘white’ is incorrect both as a color or a genealogy.
This guy however looks white. He has a Spanish surname, but doesn’t look like much Amerindian blood at all. The best ‘racial’ description is one that conveys information. If warning about this guy I wouldn’t say ‘Hispanic’ unless he dressed that way. If describing an Australian ‘abbo’ I might say ‘black’ and that would be correct by color but not at all by genealogy.
And although I use the word ‘genealogy’ that is not to say that there are any hard and fast genetic differences among people. We are a remarkably similar species as far as our DNA goes, the difference we can all see, smell, and (sometimes possibly) taste are mostly a matter of what frequency these particular differences tend to appear. The same genes that make my skin slightly dark (W.o.p.)are present and very similar in all humans, they are just more of them are likely to show up in a broken copy in people whose ancestors came from northern climates.
we have black, white, white/hispanic, black/hispanic, asian/pacific islander, and native american i believe. i don't have one in front of me.
agreed.
