Reports: At least 5 dead after multiple gunshots at Kirkwood City Hall

A Post-Dispatch reporter that was at the meeting reports that at least five were shot. Public officials and attorneys are among the dead.
“Early reports are that he went into Imo’s after shooting in City Hall, gunshots heard at Imo’s but he escaped and they later found him and shot him...”
That would have to be the notorious Mike Devlin’s Imos.

Confirmed: Perp is from Meacham Park, a ghetto clinging to the lovely community of Kirkwood.
This is the 2nd murder of Kirkwood police officers in the past several years by boyz from the hood in neighboring Meacham Park.
