There’s a show called Monsterquest on the History Channel, I think. They had an episode about this a couple of weeks ago. Had to turn it off because it freaked the kids out a little.

I saw that on the History Channel a few days ago. It was fairly interesting in that a Soviet scientist really was trying to create such a creature, impossible as it turned out, but the indications were that Stalin really had nothing to do with it.
