Sexist Backlash May Push Hillary Into White House
FOXNews.com ^ | January 13, 2007 | Susan Estrich

Posted on 01/13/2008 4:41:19 PM PST by NCDragon

LOS ANGELES — I was all set to write a perfectly reasonable and responsible column about how, when it comes to politics, no one knows anything, and how it’s impossible to predict who will win this nomination, when I came upon Chris Matthews’ comment to end this week of weeks about Hillary.

In case you were lucky enough to miss it, here is what Mr. Matthews had to say:

"I'll be brutal, the reason she's a U.S. senator, the reason she's a candidate for president, the reason she may be a front-runner is her husband messed around. That's how she got to be senator from New York. We keep forgetting it.”

This guy actually has his own show on television. He anchors election night specials. The question is not how dumb he is, but how dumb he thinks the rest of us are to listen to this drivel.

Hillary Clinton has been nice to Chris Matthews. She should be. With guys like him mouthing off, she has an excellent chance to be America’s next president.

Let’s start by examining the content of his comment at face “value.”

I'm sorry, Susan, but what in his statement is not factual?

I might have known this would have been written by Susan (Esterich) Estrogen.  She's a law professor at UCLA last I heard, and she's been carrying water for the Clintons for over a decade.

If you can think of an infraction either of the Clintons have been involved in over the fifteen plus years, Susan has been explaining why it was of no consequence.  She's as big a whore as Woodward and Bernstein.  Nixon was a pariah, but hell, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, perjury, selling nuclear and guidance secrets to China for campaign cash... well you name it, the Clintons are two of America's best.

Listen to this one at your nation's risk.  IMO she'd sell it out in a moment if it mean advantage to the home team, and I don't mean our home team.

I agree.

IMO, she’s had some work done. During the last eight years she has been rehabbing her image so she could once again be effective in defense of the Clintons.

I’ve seen her act quite rational, and even be charitable to the republicans over the last eight years. Now she’s back in pander mode for the Clintons.

Take a look at the photos on this thread and I defy anyone to claim she hasn’t had work done.

OLD Susanna has been “Photoshopped” by a real pro. Her real face withered out a long time ago. They couln’t do anything about her weird voice.

The right side of her face looks fine, the left side is not in proportion... does she have some kind of illness? Or is it botched plastic surgery?

Not your eyes, she’s had plastic surgery within the last year or so. This was discussed on a thread at FR back shortly after she appeared on FOX after an abscence. Somebody here made the comment “She’s been FOXitized”! And she does look pretty good now, IMO. But I cannot STAND that constant smug grin of hers.

Chris Matthews a target for Clinton fans

[snip] The liberal watchdog Media Matters for America counted more than eight negative remarks Matthews made about Clinton for every positive one during September, October and November... “Let’s not forget, and I’ll be brutal, the reason she’s a U.S. senator, the reason she’s a candidate for president, the reason she may be a frontrunner, is that her husband messed around,” [end]

Politically correct folks never quit.

Dems:

Vote for Hussein and you are sexist against The Royal Canckle in Cheif

Vote for the Comeback Cankle and you are a racist against poor ol half cracker Oalabama

GOP:

Vote against open borders types and you are anti-brown people even though many rich latinos are crackier looking than I am

Vote for Huckster and you must be Torquemada the Homophobe

We live in a silly indulgent age surrounded by jackals far less self important than are we. That is very dangerous. History is replete with where that leads.

Feminist definition of “trailer trash”: A woman who complains about Bill Clinton wagging his weenie at her or raping her twice.

By the way, why are there no feminists left in the post Clinton era in the except for a few that have to have their pictures photo-shopped?
