In the audiotape, bin Laden denounced Abdul-Sattar Abu Risha, the former leader of the Anbar Awakening Council, who was killed in a September bombing claimed by al-Qaida. This tells me most of what I need to know about this tape. Anybody here know if this Abu Risha was a prominent enough figure to have been an irritant to OBL a few years ago (when we probably killed him)?
