Lying liberals from Massachusetts should not be elevated to the Presidency. Didn’t we learn this in 2004?

Editorial boards usually endorse someone.

It is very unusual for them to come out against anyone.

Good for them, they see what a phony Romney is.

Mitt’s problem is that Conservatives have great intuition when it comes to outing Liberals , and that intuition is telling us that Mitt is a pandering phony ... yeah it’s scary ....

As a candidate for the U.S. Senate in 1994, he boasted that he would be a stronger advocate of gay rights than his opponent, Ted Kennedy.

Yet another reason not to vote for Romney.

Classic Romneybot tactics. From a story out today, linked by Drudge.

A questioner at a town hall meeting Friday night in Rochester asked Romney about his apparent change of heart. The man refused to give his name, and Romney aides surrounded him afterward and accused him of being a Massachusetts Democrat who had challenged Romney about his tax record at another event.

I see the light that you and others are falling right in line behind some of the most liberal newspaper rags in the nation. Interesting to see some of the Freepers following them like the Pied Piper.

“I find it so enlightening that more are more so called real conservatives are clinging to the liberal rags in order to take down Mitt. ... He must be scaring you guys something fierce.”

They don’t like Romney because they know full well that he’s the stiffest competition Thompson has and is in many ways a better candidate.

Really, on the issues, the two are very comparable candidates, I think. You could group Tancredo and Hunter in a group, McCain and Giuliani, and then Romney and Thompson.

That said, Thompson does have a very strong voting record and a straight forwardness to him that is very likeable. He has his upsides (many of them), but for whatever reason, the mob squad around here is less interested in playing those up than in tearing Romney down. (Well, that would have something to do with the fact that Romney is in a much better position than Thompson is.)

Thus, they’re more than happy to use liberal sources to do their dirty work.

It’s very poignant to note how Huckabee still hasn’t had any negative press from the DNC press releases whereas Romney is by far and away getting all the hit pieces aimed at him. It’s not hard to figure out why. It’s the same reason that the Fredheads are trying to savage Romney.

The worst thing about Thompson is his supporters. I liken them to the Paulites in a lot of ways around here.

Often, attacking the source is a poor and lonely substitute for refuting the source.
