COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — At least four people were shot outside of a Colorado Springs church on Sunday, but it was not immediately known whether the shootings were related to an earlier shooting about 70 miles away, authorities said.
Now reporting weapon used as M-16. On Fox News channel.
Not again! There was another one earlier today in which 2 people died.

I’ve heard from media reports it was a shooting outside of New Life Church in Colorado Springs. One media report said general description of suspect matched earlier shooting in Arvada, Colorado.

The description I heard earlier said he was a “white” male wearing a black skullcap and coat. Also has a beard.

Although you have to take early news reports with a grain of salt, it sure sounds like the bearded, skullcap wearing shooter in Arvada is somebody who was abusively misinterpreting a Religion of Peace.
The wife and I lived in Littleton at the time of the Columbine shootings - we are praying for the victims and their families.
This is frightening! I have friends in both communities.
Skullcap -- A Kippah or Yarmulke, a small cloth skullcap worn by observant Jewish men, or a Kufi, a skullcap worn by some Muslims.
My bet is that it is a Kufi.

A gunman opened fire in the parking lot of a Colorado Springs church on Sunday, striking four people, the church’s pastor said.
The conditions of the people shot outside the New Life Church were not known, El Paso County Sheriff’s Lt. Lari Sevene said.
Lance Coles, a pastor at New Life Church, told The Associated Press he received a report that a man was shooting at people in the church parking lot and that the gunman may have entered the church.
It was not immediately known whether the shootings were related to an earlier shooting about 70 miles away in the Denver suburb of Arvada. There, two people died and two were wounded early Sunday when a gunman opened fire in a dormitory

I just looked this church up...it’s a megachurch.
We go to a large church as well, and this is a worst case scenario. Lots of rooms, lots of people...we have a security contingent but in a large building it would be a nightmare if a gunman was loose.
New Life Church if I remember, is where the evangelical minister and leader of a national evangelical group...was found to be having massages (and more) from a gay guy.

FNC is reporting that the description of the shooter is very similiar from witnesses at both scenes.
70 miles’ drive is obviously not a long drive.

You mean like last weeks mall shooting? They sure didn't dig into the shooters background in that one. I caught a glimpse of on news report from a local broadcaster which played a video made by a shopper. They are covering the fact that all these "moderate" muzzies are using this Christmas to launch their personal Jihads. If it were some crazed white American born into a Christian family, you can bet the coverage would be 24/7 more like the first sniper shootings by Mohammad and son, before they realized they were Jihadi's.
