DUBLIN, Ireland (Nov. 21) - Heather Mills McCartney, who is reportedly seeking millions of dollars in her breakup with Paul McCartney , denounced the world's rich as misers and snobs Wednesday.
Mills McCartney delivered the critical comments during her 90-minute speech to the debating society of Trinity College Dublin.
Former model Mills McCartney, 39, married the 65-year-old music legend in 2002 and gave birth to the couple's only child, Beatrice, a year later. But the couple separated last year, and McCartney filed for divorce alleging "unreasonable behavior" by his wife.
Mills McCartney said she was reluctantly obliged to befriend the world's wealthy because that was the only way to maximize her power as an agent for change.
"Sadly, you have to mix at a certain level of people to raise the level of funds you need to bring about the greater good," she said. "Because people are very snobby. These people who have lots of money, they're either snobby or they're stingy. If you have lots of money, you have to be stingy - because why would you want that amount of money?"

November 21, 2007 — RAT-milk maven Heather Mills and her batty new mouthpiece, Michele Elyzabeth, are on a rampage, swearing to permanently cut off any news media outlet that dares make fun of Mills.
“Heather married Paul McCartney, period. It’s not going away. And during this divorce they [the media] will need access and are not going to get it,” Elyzabeth told Page Six yesterday. “They are [bleep]holes. There are limits and they make fun of her. They’ve crossed the line.”
Elyzabeth - who has taken to videoblogging about McCartney’s peg-legged ex with her flamboyant hairdressing friend, David Paul, and her lapdog, Bijou - said her latest beef is over the way some news organizations covered a statement Mills made Sunday in London’s Hyde Park.

Whenever I need advice on the world of finance, I turn to Heather McCartney.
You have to admire her courage, showing no fear of being preceived as a clueless self absorbed twit.
It’s a shame that the British judge in this divorce won’t (or can’t) tell her that he wouldn’t want to violate her ethics and moral stance by making her become snobby and stingy, so she doesn’t get a dime from McCartney and Paul gets full custody of the child because she is destitute and Paul has the means to take care of the child.
Besides being amusing, it would be justice.
