POLICE STATE, GERMANY Court: Homeschooling is 'child endangerment' Gives 2 kids to government, castigates social workers for letting family flee A court decision that categorized homeschooling as "child welfare endangerment" has assigned custody of two children to the government and criticized a social services agency for allowing a family to flee Germany, where homeschooling remains illegal. Federal High Court in Karlsruhe, Germany's highest court, was reported by the German edition of Agence France-Presse, as well as Netwerk Bildungsfreiheit, an organization that advocates for homeschoolers against the repression in Germany. The report did not directly identify the family involved, but described the case of two children from a homeschooling family from Paderborn. The court found the city and its social services agencies were "obviously unsuited" to the task of enforcing mandatory public school attendance and rather than protecting against "child welfare endangerment," the city allowed the family to move to Austria where the two children now are being educated by an "uncertified" mother. An internet blogger's site, Principle Discovery, which monitors some such situations, also translated the report and said the Paderborn case specifically involved issues of religious belief, but the decision also could impact another homeschooling case, from Bremen, on which WND has been reporting. In that case, the parents have been battling the government over their children's education for educational, competency, and cultural reasons, not necessarily religious reasons, but now have been relegated to begging a public court system for their own money to use for groceries after authorities froze both personal and business bank accounts to pay a fine for homeschooling. Call the German Embassy at 202 - 298-8140 and remind them that they have caused enough misery to the innocents of the world in the last hundred years, and established their identity as one of the most brutal peoples in history. Are they so unstable and incoherent that they can tolerate NO diversity? It’s best if you can do this in German. If you can’t, English will work just fine.
TWO:
Encourage anyone, who possibly can, to homeschool. We need a generation of children who are mentally sound, happy, unindoctrinated, and know the TRUTH. The 3R’s is the easy part.

And to this day, worldwide, public schooling is used to instill certain social attitudes in the kids outside of the parents’ influence.

No single exercise of “fiscal conservatism” would go further to benefit our country and our movement than abolition of gummint skeweling which would shut down the midrassahs of the radical left, financed by taxpayers at the point of a gummint gun.
The law Germany is using to prosecute homeschoolers is a Hitler-era law—unbelievable that it stayed on the books. I am all in favor of Pelosi et al. staying home more next year, not that they have passed that much this year, but it might lessen some of the damage...
And another reason to live in the US, for the time being.
In the United States and other countries, one can make the case that sending sons and daughters to public schools is child endangerment.
We have “homeschool shootings” all the time at our house. Just about every weekend I take my 5yr old out back behind our barn and let him put 50 to 100 rds of .22 downrange. He’s getting to be a pretty good shot.

Hideous. Bismark’s Germany was the creator of the modern welfare state. The state may look like a “nanny” but there is the military and the police behind the do-gooder aspirations and it comes out in situations like this where a child is forced into state indoctrination.
