Wolf knows that you question and embarrass the annoited one at your own peril.
The thought of being locked out of the Hillary white house probably scared him.

Thats the general assessment; a loaded audience and a moderator that acted shameful.

Can you blame him? the odds of a Blitz on Blitzer if he asked any tough questions were just too too great........

I have come to the conclusion that the debate was nothing more than softball questions given by inane moderators, answered by the most inept feel good candidates ever fielded by a corrupt political party.
Thank God that we had a good football game to watch to get the Democrat sewer taste left by these muck diving candidates out of our system.
Just the lowly opinion of a red state wannabe.

Who loaded........
It was a Democratic Debate produced by CNN.
Were there plants?
YES. Everyone. Every single person on the show was preselected and had to qualify to even be allowed near the set. Then there was rehearsal. Then the catered meal. Of course, the politicians had separate facilities for that.
Were the questions pre-selected?
Weeks were spent on remixing and pruning, cutting/splicing ideas together to select the ‘perfect questions’.
Everyone in the ‘audience’ was there on invitation. Invites were given to political ‘insiders’ and their ‘friends’ , kind of a ‘bonus’ reward system for lowel level employees of upper level management.
Other than that, the intro, mid-break, and summary portions with the dark haired chick were pretty good.
Did anyone notice if anyone of the candidates actually said anything? I kinda heard a low moan in the background, but I thought it was just my cat (who’s in heat).

Blitzer Blinked.
No, he ran for cover. That
shot over the bough earlier in the week was fair warning to Blitzer that, if he he didn't play nice, he would be
blitzed by Team Clinton.

Drudge ^ | Nov.13, 2007 | Drudge CNN's Wolf Blitzer has been warned not to focus Thursday's Dem debate on Hillary. 'This campaign is about issues, not on who we can bring down and destroy,' top Clinton insider explains. 'Blitzer should not go down to the levels of character attack and pull 'a Russert.'' Blitzer is set to moderate debate from Vegas, with questions also being posed by Suzanne Malveaux... Developing.

Whaaaa!!!!
You didn't think the question to Hillary about pearls or diamonds was enlightening??????
[Talk about a set-up!!!! You know they were trying to create a version of the infamous boxers or briefs question BillyJ got. Only it didn't work. My first thought when I read about that this morning was pearls before swin......]

Wolf is in the tank for Hillary Clinton. They do not call it the Clinton News Network for nothing. This just proves it to more people. Anyone that knows anything about CNN knows that Wolf was going to give Hillary a pass. That whole network is part of the Clinton team.

Blitzer said "No one has pressured me, no one has threatened me. No one is trying to intimidate me." Blitzer added, "No one has even called me to try to pressure me or anything like that."
MSM anchor Blitzer has an appallingly limited view of what it takes to apply pressure. Unless he's been living in a cave, he should know that one doesn't have to kill his cat, threaten his kids or plant rumors in the press that he's a queer. All it takes is a leak, a news story or a cartoon, coupled with peer pressure at CNN, to penetrate Blitzer's consciousness to make him gun shy and unable to follow-up on disingenuous answers given by candidates like Hillary.

I didn’t hear Wwolf ask her any thing other than the drivers license question. Wolf was afraid of the ghost of Ft. Marcy Park.

I gotta admit I’m amused anyone thought Blitzer would do anything other than ‘blink’.

I didn’t see the debate, but, from what I’ve read, I think there was complicity. It ties in with the member of the audience who asked the “diamonds or pearls” question near the end of the debate, and gave Hillary the opportunity to make light of her past “have it both ways” answer to the question about illegals having driver’s licenses.

You’ve been around here long enough to know better... What’s with these childish insinuations that if they ask tough questions, they’ll vanish? If you’re joking, then I apolgogize... but if you’re serious, or anyone else here is serious about stuff like this, it’s just plain looney

Blitzer bombs!....Way to go Wolfie!...You folded up like a cheap two dollar suitcase to the Clintoon Comedy Hour.
To: Miss Didi
Seems she is a known protester. And a simple Google of each "independent" questioner's name would have revealed that. There is absolutely no excuse for not finding that out, CNN, thanks to AlGore's wonderful invention.
