Sorry, in criminal cases you’re allowed to identify the ethnicity of the suspect. That applies to blacks.

Construction worker Juan Mendez said he was questioned for two hours... Mendez said in Spanish that he’s not angry police interrogated him, although he said police treated him with suspicion.Errr, did that "suspicion" include trying to find out if he was a "legal" immigrant?
