This is the third or fourth major thing Spitzer has had to backtrack on since he was innaugurate.
Spitzer has shown himself to be rather impotent in state politics.
What were the others he backtracked on?
Sorry, living in CA, I only dread his national ambitions. Don’t follow NY politics too closely.
