Anti-War Demonstrators Claim They’re Being Watched With “Spy Flies”….

Liberal paranoia run wild? For once I hope it isn’t….

Ever wish you could be a "fly on the wall" at a closed-door meeting or to hear a foe’s secrets?

Enter the robobug.

Witnesses are buzzing about recent sightings of robotic-looking dragonflies seen at Washington and New York political events. And U.S. government and private agencies have admitted to striving for the spy technology, The Washington Post reports, though no one has confessed to deploying the bugged bugs.

"They looked kind of like dragonflies or little helicopters," New York college student Vanessa Alarcon said after seeing the dragonflies while working at an antiwar rally in Lafayette Square last month.

The U.S. has used robotic fliers as early as World War II, but their numbers were fewer and the technology more primitive.

"I’d never seen anything like it in my life," Washington lawyer Bernard Crane said. "They were large for dragonflies. I thought, ‘Is that mechanical, or is that alive?’"

In spite of that picture, I still think the cause is dropping too much acid...

You can get those little mini RC helicopters for less than $100. Imagine the fun you can have flying one of those over the crowd at your next local Code Pink/Anti-War loon-fest!

Could this be disinformation? If so, it is brilliant.

Spreading this kind of paranoia among the media-conformist masses (that is, the libs and 60s throwbacks) can only benefit our cause.

Imagine what it will do to their concentration, such as it is, if they are constantly watching every bug that comes within their field of vision. They won’t even be able to light a joint, let alone chant their slogans, bang their drums, or form a chain of smelly bodies to block a public road.

The next step is to convince them that robotic crab lice are the right’s ground force. What use is our robo-bug airpower without boots on the ground to follow up; tiny little nano-boots in this case, occupying the centers of leftist thought and strategy?

Occam’s Razor
one should not increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of entities required to explain anything.

KISS.

Keep it simple stupid.

Odds are if they see a fly buzzing around them, it is a real fly.

Soap might make those pesky “spy” flies go away.

Soap might make those pesky “spy” flies go away.

I'm using vegan organic recycled lye-free camel-dung-based sandalwood scented soap, and it's only making the fly problem worse! It must be a government conspiracy!

I like ElkGroveDan's reply #13 on yesterday's thread.

Wouldn’t it be fun to take a bunch of plastic or rubber dragon flies from a toy store, jam a few wires through them, maybe stick a transistor on the head, stamp “Property of The United States Central Intelligence Agency” on the bottom and then leave them around gatherings of moonbats?

Actually I saw one of those little helicopters that was shaped like a dragon fly, very realistic except for the size. They are selling them now along with the chopers. It would be fun to fly several of them over the heads of a code pink gathering and watch them scatter! Maybe at Walter Reed when they are standing out there denigrating our soldiers.
