Democrats on both coasts have authored official resolutions condemning Michael Savage and Rush Limbaugh this week, turning partisan disagreements over content and style into a matter of public record and raising potential questions about First Amendment rights.

I doubt Rush knows who Savage is, so it’s hard to know how he might feel about Savage.

Why else would they waste so much time and resources on this "Pin the Tail on the Conservative" campaign.
After their failed attempt at liberal radio, their only alternative is to quash conservative radio.
Don’t forget the letter Senate Democrats signed complaining when David Broder wrote that Harry Reid should resign. These people are as liberal as Stalin and only slightly more leftist.
Heck, Doc Savage’s main feud is with Levin, anyway, but Limbaugh is the big dog on the block.

Not sure really, I don’t even *know* if there *is* “Levin version.” But I think it stems from savage’s jealousy of Rush. Rush is a good friend of Mark’s — Mark doesn’t take kindly to anyone ripping his friends, and if he’s not directly involved then he will involve himself. That’s my theory anyhow.

So far as I can tell, these blatant lies will just backfire on the vermin who put them forth. Of course, if you watch and listen to the alphabet channels, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN,... etc. you would think that something must have happened otherwise why would Media Matters and others take the trouble to initiate the complaints and resolutions? But even Joe Sixpack sees through these false accusations. Their concerns are utter nonsense.
Yes they are Stalinists and Marxists boldly attempting to eliminate the opposition, especially the number one and number three conservative talk show hosts. Of course the vermin do not believe in free enterprise and market forces. They are incapable of offering competitive programming in the free market because, as Savage and Limbaugh have pointed out, they have disordered minds. The Democrats cannot compete in the arena of sound ideas, they just want to implement failed policies and ideologies, only this time they will get Marxism RIGHT. But that is impossible because they are corrupt and power hungry; they just want to drive the bus for awhile.
I’m betting their next target will be the conservative blog sites. The liberals can’t stand that their sycophant buddies in the MSM have been supplanted by talk radio and the blogosphere and the truth about them is getting out.

I listened to Mike for the first time in many months for about 15 minutes tonite. He was on a tear, lambasting everyone. He made a remark about Rush Limbaugh having to call the White House to get the right talking points.
Putin’s attempt to move Russia back to the days of Uncle Joe, Lavrentia Beria and Khrushchev is being echoed here.
Soon the masses will take to the streets and the antirevolutionaries will be silenced. The Party will prevail!

The fact that they’re both on in the same time slot on competing stations.
That, and Savage has this bravado thing against other hosts like Limbaugh, O’Reilly and Hannity. It may just be an act, I don’t know. He doesn’t really bring up Levin directly, last I checked, although he has insinuated in the past he was #1 in NYC in Levin’s time slot using some fuzzy math. In all actuality, Levin has consistently beat Savage in the two hours they directly compete in NYC, something Levin likes to point out.
