Good evening Infedels/Infidelettes from jhw61 of Quincy, Mass! So Hillary wants to give $5,000 for every baby born. Can we retro that payment back eight years. After all, my son was born when Hill & Bill were in office. That would be sweet, clear my debts completely and I might still have a few bucks to get my hair and nails done!

What a dreamer that Hill is huh,...money to buy a house or college education....some 18 years down the road, like she’s gonna been in control then. These Dems are so dangerous. Why not give every man and woman $5k too after all, we can do it!

The insertion of Paul Harvey's "The Rest of the Story" always impinges on my Savage mood.
Nothing against the venerable Mr. Harvey, but his little taped gig is so incongruous and out-of-place inserted near the beginning of Mike's show.
Blah, blooey! More Mike, less Paul.

We actually had the first completely attended family reunion August of 2004. My Dad was in the hospital at the time and could not attend. He passed away 6 months later and sadly, we experienced the first granchildren’s death 8 weeks later in a tragic car accident, he was 27 years old and just got engaged. We now have a few more terrific angels watching over this clan now.

One of my biggest fears is the dreaded car accident. I read somewhere that on average every person will be involved in 6 accidents in a lifetime: I’ve been in 2 so far, and had one injury that required 1 stich to my forehead.

It is a bizarre. My oldest brother was killed in a freak car accident at the age of 22, 37 years ago. Some punk was stealing his Volkswagen buggie and he jumped on the running board and was killed instantly as the thief fled and smashed the car up; another brother who had jumped on the other running board suffered a severely broken leg and the third brother caught the culprit and beat the crap out of him before police arrived. That brother, is the one who lost his son in the tragic accident two years ago. His son was out of state working for him, went out to a bar and took a ride home to his hotel from a stranger (the driver) who was killed in the accident also.

Poor people tend to have big families.
It’s a classic tale of success leading to the downfall of a society. Lotsa money, lotsa things to do: except raise a family.

Wow! That’s a sad story. We’ve been lucky so far compared to your family.
The only traffic-related death in my family is when one of my father’s employees drove his truck off a bridge on an icy road: he was in his twenties.

Saw the pilot episode for the Bionic woman, was pretty good, had a great accident scene of a truck that smashed into her car that caused her the injuries that forced the need for bionic parts, that scene lingered with me long after even while driving on the Idaho roads no longer trusting that just because the light says green doesn’t mean that some idiot will not run a red light and smash into me the way that truck smashed into her.
But what can you do for when it's your time to go it's your time to go, just be ready less after the accident you find yourself here
To: period end of story
One of my biggest fears is the dreaded car accident.
Because of that fear you'll probably end up eating apple sauce through a tube, and the high point of the day will flirting with a spanish speaking nurse sixty years your junior while waiting for your favorite Matlock rerun.

This whole show so far could be called the show of 'Lamentations' as a somber Savage laments the America that no longer exists. Savage laments the loss of 'pride' in country replaced by internationalism, laments the turn away from bibical ethics replaced by withering churches and cold hearts, is disgusted every way he turns, is getting ready for the obvious looking into self sufficient methods once the bombs go off and advising his audience the only solution to these troubled times is a return to 'Scripture'.

It’s life, simple as that. True too about poor families raising the big families. Although we grew up in a pretty afluent town, there were many big families in the 60’s. The McGuires down the street to the right with 10 kids and the Petersons down the street to the left with 9 kids. I’d have to say there were 6 to a dozen more BIG families in town as well. The joke was...it’s in the water. I always told everyone my parents were waiting for the perfect son and daughter and then they’d quit. I’m the baby girl! Just kidding, I’m not THAT vain. O.K., now enough of my family blubba, back to the MS show.
