Democracy: George Soros is known for funding groups such as MoveOn.org that seek to manipulate public opinion. So why is the billionaire's backing of what he believes in problematic? In a word: transparency.
How many people, for instance, know that James Hansen, a man billed as a lonely "NASA whistleblower" standing up to the mighty U.S. government, was really funded by Soros' Open Society Institute , which gave him "legal and media advice"?
That's right, Hansen was packaged for the media by Soros' flagship "philanthropy," by as much as $720,000, most likely under the OSI's "politicization of science" program.

Soros is going to find it much harder to topple the United States than it was to topple penny-ante Eastern European emerging democracies. I think he has bitten off more than he can chew.
They only hate people making money when they are believers in capitalism, as opposed to believing in socialism but taking advantage of capitalism.

I’d often wondered where this guy got all that money and why he was so intent on changing the United States.
Then I was reading a story on Wolfowitz, who got fired from the World Bank essentially because Wolfie was too honest and they didn’t want that. It was in this story that I discovered that Soros was somehow involved in the World Bank.
Which means, as I see it, that all this Move-on.org, that Open Society thing...the Tides Foundations...all funded by Soros...is REALLY funded by our enemies!
Not that Soros is our friend but right out in the open, in front of our lying eyeballs, we have a major political party essentially being controlled by the strings of thugs, thieves, despots and sons of camels who do not want to lose their oil power because some big goofy idiot country on the planet thinks that people should be free.
I am simply astounded that this goes on and yet I don’t think the ladies at the hairdressers ever even heard of George Soros.
I believe that the NY Times gets funds from our enemies, hell Jimmy Carter has some kind of ersatz “diplomacy” company that essentially accepts money from the bad guys to influence the American electorate.
It’s treason is what it is and yet it goes on and it’s against everything this country stands for.

Why would Soros need to go through the World Bank to the UN when it’s so much easier for a guy like him to simply buy off traditionally corrupt and corruptible UN folks directly?

When I read the events in Isaiah and Ezekiel, I can see parallels to today's twisted world and where we are going.
KaPo in the actual meaning were “Camp Police” in the Nazi concentration camps, administrating the camp in cooperation with the SS staff. They were mostly non-jewish inmates, often criminals or communists.
Soros was a collaborator of a different kind. Born in Hungary to jewish parents, they gave him away to an Hungarian facist for patronage. Little Soros used to help the Hungarian facists and their Nazi masters identify Jewish estates and properties, which were confiscated, while the jewish owners were deported. A sell-out. The same way he betrayed Jews to the Nazis, he betrays the USA, which gave him so much and Israel to the enemies of today.
Soros doesn’t make a secret out of this, and if you look at an rather recent interview he gave, he isn’t ashamed at all of his collaboration with the fascists in his youth. His defense is “if not me, someone else would have done it.”
George Soros is the most dangerous man in AMerica....he said he would spend ALL his money to defeat Bush, which means “America....Christian AMerica”.
I guess he is one of the billionaires that creepy John Grisham was railing about. The ones who are protected and enriched by Bush, so they are big supporters of his. What a laugh.

In an April 15, 1993 interview on the PBS television show Adam Smith’s Money World, Soros explained that Baumbach’s “job was to take over Jewish properties, so I actually went with him and we took possession of these large estates. That was my identity. So it’s a strange, very strange life. I was 14 years old at the time.”
Connie Bruck, who interviewed Soros for The New Yorker in 1995, wrote that, “he posed as the son of a Hungarian government official, sometimes accompanying the official as he delivered deportation notices to Jews, or took possession of property owned by them.”
So what happened to the representative REPBULIC, when did it cease to exist?

Now that it’s been proved the USHCN temperature records were faked, can the exposure of the globull warming hoax be far behind?

Even if Soros did bankroll the court case, is there evidence he somehow bought a decision?
There’s good info here but toward the end it seems to get into tinfoil territory.
The reason they’re so stealthy and deceitful is that their agenda would not be accepted by the majority of us that see America as a force for good, and that America’s power is a GOOD thing.
The likes of Soros take advantage of the essence of the “liberal” sheep’s approach to everything - the application of childish emotion to complex problems. Capitialism is “mean”, socialism is “nice”.
The NY Times’ printing of MoveOn.org’s “General Betray Us” ad may be Soros’ undoing. In a rare move, the NY Times has backpeddeled on the ad and now admits that they shouldn’t have run it.
I suspect that the NY Times will be more circumspect in the near term when it does business with Soros, MoveOn, et al. In the long term, once the dust has completely settled from this event, they will all resort to their normal “business as usual” tactics.
That's not the only case. Didn't the mainstream media report that 2006's vast immigration rallies across the country began as a spontaneous uprising of 2 million angry Mexican-flag waving illegal immigrants demanding U.S. citizenship in Los Angeles, egged on only by a local Spanish-language radio announcer?
Turns out that wasn't what happened, either. Soros' OSI had money-muscle there, too, through its $17 million Justice Fund. The fund lists 19 projects in 2006. One was vaguely described involvement in the immigration rallies. Another project funded illegal immigrant activist groups for subsequent court cases.
So what looked like a wildfire grassroots movement really was a manipulation from OSI's glassy Manhattan offices. The public had no way of knowing until the release of OSI's 2006 annual report.

I'm actually surprised that they have put the evidence in their annual report.
Soros runs a hedge fund, where the usual income for managers is $100-400 million per year! He has Lots of cash with which to try to shape the world he wants. I think he is a psychopath, who does not see people as individuals, but only lumps of indistinguishable clay.
I am not conversant with the names of comic book villains, but he is the personification of the archenemies of Superman, et al. All good fiction is based on reality. Soros is real evil!
It’s not new, people trying to influence the public, what is new is the vast sums of money that is poured in. What is needed is instantaneous Internet disclosure of these activities. As proved with the NYTimes and the Petraeus ad, even the biggest deceivers can be forced to pay the price for their deception.
We need to come up with a way to hang the morons around the Democrats neck.
